So i have my second ever order and it seems the client paid for an express shipping 1-3 business days. However i dont’t know how i even have that, it seems only ln some items... when i went on DSERS for aliexpress, the quickest shipping available was 7-26 days and was charging 57 usd for dhl or something ! What gives i am so confused by this disrepency and am i doing something wrong ?
Go into your shipping settings (SETTINGS > Shipping and delivery) and look at what shipping rates you have set up. This is what will be shown to your customers at checkout.
I would contact the customer and let them know that the express shipping option was a glitch and offer a refund of the shipping charge at a minimum (or at least refund the difference between normal shipping and what the customer paid for shipping).
