We started our online store three weeks ago and have spent quite a bit on Face book Ads. We started a new ad campaign Saturday morning and within a day we have reached 131,000 impressions and 20,000 reach but only 32 clicks, 2 add to carts and no sales. What are we doing wrong??? Any help and critiques would be greatly appreciated

Hey 53rd Parallel North,

The main menu below the central banner should be removed as it looks awkward and does not suits the store theme. A dropdown menu is more desirable here, which is already present. Home button should be shifted to the beginning of the dropdown menu for more completeness and logicality. Other essential store observations for a  more fresh and desirable look are mentioned below as follows:

  1. The search landing page is disabled.
  2. Apart from being a part of the dropdown, the login should also be placed beside the cart and search bar on the top right of the header for ease of access and navigation.
  3. Footer should be remodified to get a more well-organized look.
  4. Arrange all the footer links vertically for better placement and orientation.
  5. Social links are a must in the footer for better customer connectivity. Improve customer association by adding Facebook. Instagram etc to the site footer.
  6. A newsletter is a must in the footer for keeping customers updated regarding the latest discounts or promotions etc.
  7. The correct order of the arrangement of the footer elements should be as follows: Footer links to the left, newsletter to the right and social links below both of them.
  8. Contact form should be a part of "Contact Us" for sure.
  9. "Customer reviews" below each product are a must to help the customer decide better.
  10. To promote your brand effectively, use testimonials and Instagram images near the site footer.
  11. Better site popularity is enabled by adding Bestsellers" to the homepage.
  12. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  13. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

Hi 53rd Parallel! here are some things i noticed

First thing i noticed is that your first image is of a woman. you can't see any articles of clothing of her. only her face?

it is very pixelated and warped as well. (on the left of the site) 

your logo is very scrambled, not iconic / feels cheap. 

there are a lot inconsistencies, your logos color and the color of your website do not match. 

your product names aren't very descriptive, and very vague (Graphic Design Tee, Graphic Design Tee, Graphic design tee) <-Spelling is inconsistent too

Your Website is very Feminine - are you targeting mostly women in your ads?

you background vary. white background / gray / live - pick one and be consistent
