I have a problem in my store that i have a good product but no orders , and i paid facebook and google ads for advertise my store products, also created instagram page and facebook, but still the same problem .

The products you offer on your site are awesome. However, your site is missing a few key elements you need to really turn visitors into customers. Some areas you could improve on include:

  • Home page (doesn't flow well could be better organised)
  • Product page (needs to have all information about the product on that page)
  • Site navigation (Easy and simple)
  • Add an 'about us' page to create trust with visitors
  • Mobile friendly (most visitors will be viewing on mobile)

Welcome to the Shopify family, and congratulations on your store.

I had a look at your website. There are a few gaps in your website experience. It is the only experience users have with your company, and you have to make it professional enough to earn their trust. Here are my observations:

  1. Favicon - it is the small logo that shows up in your browser tab beside the name of your store. Add it. Also, I’d suggest ad the meta title and description for your home page and all others. (This is for SEO)
  2. Product images. This is my biggest observation, on some products - you have only 1/2 images, showing the front side. You should add multiple images - which shows the product close up, inside etc. Also, maybe you can add more details to your product listing. For example what kind of clothing can this item be paired with, how it is to touch and feel. This is the only interaction users will have it, they can’t touch it and see, so be sure to add as many details as possible. A bad product listing is the #1 users don’t convert.
  3. There are a few inconsistencies in your product images. They are of different shapes, and have different backgrounds. Making them all consistent will make your store look more professional.
  4. Logo on the home page: Again, your logo is the main identifier of your brand. It will be responsible for recall in users memory. On your home page, I felt the logo was slightly off, in terms of image quality, or maybe it doesn’t stand out because of the color. Trying polishing it up! You can experiment with the font, it’s thickness, or the colors in some way
  5. IN the product listings, it might make sense to insert a proper size chart. One which actually says what the dimensions of each size are. I personally tend to look into these a lot whenever I’m shopping for clothing, because sometimes different shops are slightly different sizes. It’s currently not added to all products.
  6. Add an “About Us” page. When a new user lands on your website, they will be looking for signs of trustworthiness. A good, personal about us page makes your brand stand out and connect with users.
  7. Create your social media pages - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter. These are essential for building any brand and trust for users. Once they land on your website, people will be checking around for your social media. Be sure to put up some amount of posts there as well.
  8. Lastly, testimonials and reviews are another way of proving the authenticity and quality of your products. Get some testimonials from your current customers and add them!

The following points would definitely help in better store optimization:

  • "Product photographs" taken from different angles should be present on the product page. 
  • "Product description" is missing from the product page.
  • The "contact form" is missing from the "Contact Us" section.
  • "women" in the header menu should have "W" as capital.

  • Filters are very important for customers in order to identify the correct product from the huge catalog. So, you should look for advanced filter options for your store.

Hi @Emy 

There are a couple of things that I have noticed on your site and that is most likely damaging the traffic and sales. 

First off, the site looks unfinished and not too professional. Here  is what you can do with that: 

1) The homepage is not structured well. 

2) The hero banner does not give out too much information. It seems like you are offering only women's clothes. 

3) The images of the products are different sizes

4) The logo is not noticeable 

Besides, here are very important things to work on 

-Product descriptions. Make sure create relevant detailed product descriptions because they directly affect SEO 

-Place your logo on the favicon 

-Create a site with sizing chart and link it on each product page. 

-Use a different font 

-Check your texts on grammar. There are a couple of typos on the Shipping Policy 

-Create a contact us page

I just had a look at your store, your store looks great. I have a few suggestions for you, hope they might help you. 

 

  • There is no review option, try adding that feature social reviews helps you a lot in bringing sales. 
  • There are no trust badges at your checkout page, try adding them as trust badges help your customers know that your site is safe to shop. 
  • I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
  • There is no “contact us”, “about us” sections. Try adding them so that customers will get to know more about your brand.
  • Also, try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
  • Try adding some sale offers to your products to attract customers.
  • Add a blog page, blog page helps you to share more about your website and products which increases your site visibility.
