Great first impression! Your site looks very alive and dynamic, I enjoyed browsing it. E-commerce can be a little tricky and in order to start making sales, you need to consider each detail. So I am here to help you as much as possible. 


Please note that I am giving feedback as a visitor and as an e-commerce expert, however, some of my suggestions are personal preferences only. 


Let's start from things that you nailed: 

- from the very first second, a visitor gets  a nice image of what you are offering 

-the site is crisp and the images are very nice quality 

-nice combination of bright red and light gray 

-nice amount of images per picture 

-reviews feature totally works a great testimonial 


Things to improve 

-the header size can be decreased a little by removing the spaces you do not use 

-add favicon to make your site recognizable on the browser 

-spin to win does not blend too well with your site, it has a fun vibe whereas your site has more of a professional theme going on 

-the pop-up with recent reviews also looks too bright, I suggest making it red or gray 

-make your About us section more personal instead of making it salesy, even insert a picture of your team 

-use fixed-static scroll for your navigation bar, so that a visitor can quickly access any category with scrolling all the way to the top 


I see that you are already using Social Sharing, Reviews and subscription tools, I highly recommend using Growave, since it covers all of that + Wishlist, Rewards and more.

While the site looks quite trendy and unique, some missing features which need to be added are as follows:

  1. A bold header template should be created to highlight discounts or shipping offers if any. 
  2. The central banner should be full width in order to remove the unwanted white space on both sides and impart a more professional look to the site.
  3. There is a lot of space between the "Order Tracker" and "Search" in the legal section of the footer links.
  4. The "About Us" section is quite basic. Try adding something more interesting to grab more customer attention.
  5. For unique site identification, Favicon is a must.
  6. The distribution of products on the product page is uneven as there is a lot of space left after the products on the product page.
  7. More social links need to be added like Twitter and Pinterest for enhancing customer connectivity.
  8. Testimonials and Instagram images need to be added for instant brand promotion.
  9. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  10. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

You can start giving loyalty points to your customers on different activities like signing up, visiting a store, making a purchase, allowing for push notifications. This will help you to entice your customers and retain them. You can reward your customers in order to redeem those points. When you will give points to them they will come again in the future to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. This encourages repeat purchases which increase sales and helps in retaining your customers.

Add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. Every visitor can be your customer.

Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.

The bright red color range greatly compliments your store. There are a couple of moment for you to take care of and you are off to great sales


Header & Footer :

Customize your header and footer with specific functionalities. Your header should offer a smart search bar where people can type in the products they’re looking for, the spin app is covering the login option, so it creates a problem for user to create an account.  Example of Good Header 

Also, create a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator and let your social links open in a new tab so your customers don’t have to leave your store to check your social media pages. Also the header can be little bit narrower so that it looks more professional and responsive. Your footer can be more professional and functional and your newsletter must be highlighted so people who follow can have the your brand can subscribe to receive more updates.


Home Page :

A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive. Add hero banner with prompt CTA buttons that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc. Below the hero banner, create categories for all your products in a slider that engages customers. Your Unique value proposition should be highlighted on your homepage. Add testimonial carousels, announcement bars, product slideshows, featured collections, display instagram feed and make your homepage SEO friendly to increase your site traffic and conversions.  Example of Nice Home page  


Collection Page :

Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer. Make sure this page has a creative banner to enhance the visual appeal of your store, product reviews of all the products in your store, infinite scrolling to increase page views,,2nd image on Hover,announcement bars for highlighting promotions, events, deals and product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’, etc.  Example of Good Collection Page 


Cart Page :

Maybe offering gift wrapping on your cart page, allowing your customers to choose their preferred delivery date and time, include security trust badges and add notes like special delivery and packaging instructions can make them trust and love your brand way more. Integrations on your store :

How do you plan to monitor your site performance and track conversions? 

Simply set up and integrate Google Analytics, Facebook Conversion tracking and Google Search Console with your store and get to know who is visiting your store, their demographics, which of your Facebook page viewer converts into your buyer and your store’s ranking, impressions & clicks  on Google. 


Besides these tracking methods, make sure the following is included on your store:

  1. Include live chat option that is visible on every page of your store to keep your customers happy and retain them.
  2. There needs to be a strong color coordination among all the colors used on your store. Try to use the same or similar colors used in your logo throughout your store and in the social media business page banner or cover picture you create.
  3. Create a sense of urgency with countdown timer, ‘only 1 left’ features  and promotional banners highlighting ‘sale expiry’.
  4. Ensure your store speed is optimized. You can do this by checking your google page speed score. Minify codes that are redundant or apps that are slowing down the site speed.  Make your site mobile-friendly. Sample
  5. Favicon must be there for identification of the webpage
  6. Optimize your user experience with easy navigation, proper spacing, alignment, font and color coordination.
