I recently opened GeeksVerse - Geeks store.

Can you please have a look and tell me what should I do better?

I designed all and I'm terrible at it, right now just learning xD

Hi @morswisa

Your store is magnificent. Wonderful job. I think it doesn't require much change however just a few quick suggestions. On your sales page, the font should be more clean and clear to read. Currently, its looking bit cluttered and not giving a clean look. Screenshot below

In addition, make a short marketing video and add it to your homepage. Your brand has a lot of creative value, it's colourful and pleasing to eyes so the video can do wonders for you and captivate your target audience.

Moreover, focus on some in-store marketing strategies as well i.e. to collect your visitors' email ids so that you can send them reminders and customized offers through email marketing. Also, add a social proof mechanism to your store in order to show recent sales notifications to your audience. You can try CareCart to integrate this mechanism to your store for email marketing and real-time sales notifications. Good Luck

Hello Sir, to be candid you have a nice store set up there. Can we initiate a conversation about the store on a social platform?

First of all, thanks for the feedback!

1. about the product pages and blog posts fonts I changed now body and head for Volkorn, hopefully I understand exactly what you meant xD

2. Video - I'm not so good at videos but I made one and uploaded it to my FB page, I'm afraid a video can really slow down my site and if I don't have a really really good video the "cost" will be higher then what I get.

3. I have 2 auto pop-ups now - 1 for subscribe (2 clicks or on way out) and 1 for product (70% page scrolls) and auto email to subscribers with newsletter and email cart reminder with coupon.

4. I'll install CareCart thanks!

Hi @morswisa

Have seen your store and it looks great. And to be honest, feeling sad when seeing the BlackPanter banner

Here is my view:

- I love the Quickview buttons. Hope you can keep it up!

- Maybe you're planning some blog posts. Your blogs are not necessary to be related to your products, they can talk about information related to Pokemon, Film news, OnePiece, or smt.

- I see you're showing quite many sections that sell your products. Maybe you can try to create an Instagram gallery to help you show more products because I've seen your Instagram and it has many contents.

You can check this app: Shoppable Instagram Gallery. It also can make a gallery shoppable.

- The sticky add to cart on the product pages is good too.

- I don't see the FAQs and live chat support on your site. Maybe you can try to add more to have better customer support service.

Hope this helps!

Happy selling,

Hi @morswisa !

Welcome to Shopify and I wish you good luck!

Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.

If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.

Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back. [I recommend using one by Growave., because it is safe and it is integrated with 6 other marketing features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards, Social Login, Instagram, Discounts, Referral, VIP tiers) for better performance.

Hopefully, I managed to help you. If so, please let me know by liking this post.

Growave is the all-in-one marketing platform that has
- Visual Reviews with automated emails
- Loyalty&Rewards
- Wishlist
- Instagram
- Social Login + more

Here is my feedback on your response

1. about the product pages and blog posts fonts I changed now body and head for Volkorn, hopefully, I understand exactly what you meant xD

Great job on the fonts. Now they are more clear and pleasing to the eyes.

2. Video - I'm not so good at videos but I made one and uploaded it to my FB page, I'm afraid a video can really slow down my site and if I don't have a really really good video the "cost" will be higher then what I get.

I have checked it on your Facebook page, it's a fine job, if you have a YouTube channel, you can upload the video there and then embed the link to your homepage. This won't affect your site speed in any way. This video will work well for now. You can always go for some freelance options once you start getting sales so that won't make a burden on your budget.

3. I have 2 auto pop-ups now - 1 for subscribe (2 clicks or on way out) and 1 for product (70% page scrolls) and auto email to subscribers with newsletter and email cart reminder with coupon.

Perfect

4. I'll install CareCart thanks!

Yes, the app has an email collector popup that captures the customer after adding an item to the cart that helps in recovery if the cart is abandoned. Moreover, social proof will help in showing sales notifications.

About the reviews - how I make reviews with images?

Do you mean adding the customer review in a design for a social media post?
