Honest review of my store - reusable face masks

Hello,

I launched my store last week and would love to have your honest opinion on both the mobile and web versions.

I feel that the mobile version of the site needs improvement but I can't put my finger on it!

You have done a really great job and I like your site.

 The color scheme, design, and layouts were well done. 

You have implemented social reviews and Instagram gallery - they are really good features for the social proof and bringing traffic within the sales.

I like the fact that you have mentioned about your donating a portion of the proceeds to Centraide of Greater Montreal. 

Add login and sign up icons - I could not find them.

Add payment trust badges.

When it comes to single-item stores it might be challenging driving traffic and have sales because the market for that product might not be too big. That is why I advise working in partnership with other companies that sell complementary products or services. 

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.

As now it is a pandemic time, the items in your store are something that every person will need in their lives. Therefore, I recommend using a Referral program by Growave to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for that. 

Without further ado, I came to an opinion that you will find our app Growave quite useful. I do not want to sound salesy or offer you something you do not need, but I truly think that it will help improve the functionality of the app. Here is why: 

You are already using a Review app. And Growave has all of them along with Rewards, Referral, Instagram, Wishlist, and Social Login.

I just had a look at your store, your store looks great. I have a few suggestions for you hope they might help you.

• I have found that there is no favicon to your website, favicon helps your customers to navigate to your website tab while they open many tabs on the same browser and it looks professional if you have a favicon. 
• There are no trust badges at your checkout page, try adding them as trust badges help your customers know that your site is safe to shop. 
• Add more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
• Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
• Try adding some sale offers to your products to attract customers.
• Add a blog page, blog page helps you to share more about your website and products which increases your site visibility.
