I have had my store running since last year november. I'm having trouble getting conversions, as I get between 10-20 people added to their carts a day and about 5-15 people reach the checkout page but still no conversions.
I'm having trouble understanding why, please will you review my store and let me know if theres anything I can change to convert more sales.

I would love to provide some feedback on your store. First off, have you been utilizing your abandoned cart recovery emails? You can manually email the customers to remind them that they have a cart in waiting on your store. It is helpful to include a discount code to entice your customers to return and complete their purchase.
With that being said, I took a look at your product page and find it very information. I would recommend adding product reviews using our Shopify application to increase trust for your customers. Reading positive reviews on a product will improve the likelihood of converting sales.
I would also suggest adding a live chat function on your storefront. While a contact page is very helpful, having a realtime interaction with the business is a valuable add-on to any online site. If your customers have any reservations that are leading them to abandon their cart, they could potentially have been resolved with easy access to a chat.

Yes we are currently using abandoned checkout emails from shopify.
We also do have a live chat using 'Lucky Orange' but its offline at the moment. I put the offline chat on the store as of now so there should be a little tab at the bottom right hand corner saying that we're not available at the moment.
I turned off the customer reviews as we have over 700 products on our store and ovbiously not all of them will have customer reviews but I'm going to try your suggestion and turn them back on and see what happens from there !
How are you driving quality traffic to your store? I would likely suggest Google Shopping ads for your large "big ticket" items like appliances, monitors etc. Facebook won't work for you since there is no purchase intent. You need to know how to do this properly though. Pay on a manual CPC basis.... Show Add to Carts sales activity with a sales popup app like https://apps.shopify.com/gravy. Hope this helps! :)
I think there is no need to say that the site looks very professional and detailed. One can easily tell that you have put a lot of effort into the design and the overall site functionality. Based on my experience I can tell that the site is lacking social proof and a little bit of that push that will convince a person to go to the checkout page and place an order. Therefore, I will give a couple of tips to improve that:
-The items in your store are more on a luxurious and expensive side, therefore I recommend giving back to your customers by rewarding them with free shipping, discounts and other goodies for spending a certain amount of money on your site. That way, letting your customers know that you care about them.
-Besides, they are something that every person will need in their lives. Therefore, I recommend using a Referral program to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for that.
-Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer
-a very important thing that you need on your site is Social Proof.
90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential of every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well
The main issue is that the site is great but it looks like you have spent a lot of time creating your site that did not have time to promote it and make it sales-friendly :) I recommend using Growave app, it offers 10 marketing features all in one and it will take care of sales conversion on your site.
