How To Limit Popup to Homepage

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to limit popups to the homepage. I have the Parallax theme from Out Of the Sandbox. I'm thinking I may have to put in a code, which I can do if I have the code - I don't know how to write it. My page is www.koaathletics.com if you need to take a look.

Add code at the starting of the pop code.

And at the end close with
