How can I make more sales?

Hello,

I'm running my website for about 2 months and only made 1 sale. I get around 30-50 visitors per day but nobody buys. Please, if you have any suggestions I will be happy to hear it. https://oyriss.com

If you are getting views this surely means visitors are interested to buy from your store, however they might not have found your store appealing, though it's a gem of a store but surely you can work on few aspects mentioned down below which will help you in settling UI and overall functionality which will build trust for visitors and eventually drive you a lot better sales.

  1. Add some social links to the footer for better connectivity.

  2. For engaging new customers, add a section of best-selling products.

  3. Add some blogs for more clarity and detailed description.
  4. For some sales at the start, you need to offer some discounts to get going as a promotional offer.
    Also, it would be great if you can create a seperate sale page for discounted products.

  5. Also, You have around 399 products and sure you might add a few more as its just a start for your visitor might feel hard to find the right product.

I see that you have a wishlist app on your website, that is a good start. You might also look for the reviews for your product pages, but not just the simple ones if you can get the one which will send automated review request emails to your customers. 

 

But in order for the above to work, you can provide users with an incentive in terms of a discount or free shipping for creating an account, so they will be able to use it and buy something. Moreover, to keep it up, you can ask reviews from customers as well, again for a small portion of the discount.

 

Also, you are saying that you get 30-50 visitors daily, are they coming from ads? Did you set up the Google Analytics and monitor where are they coming from?

 

In addition to that, there can be even 100-300 users daily, but if they are not the audience you are looking for, there are not so many things you can keep them and the bounce rate will be quite high.

 

In this situation, you can try social media marketing and content marketing.

 

If you have some money, then you can try GoogleAds, but keep in mind that you need to reach your exact buyer, the right audience for this to convert.

You need to work on the customer engagement part. I will suggest you add pop-ups, chatbots, reviews, and other marketing tools along with the newsletter to increase the traffic on a daily basis on your website. Also, increasing customer engagement will make your website more interactive which will help you in conversions and retaining your customers. I have a few suggestions you should work on-
