I've gotten 3 sales during the past 4  days, and I would like to know how to build my customer base and get more sales.

I've already posted in this forum before, and I've added all the feedback from before. If there's anything else that needs improvement, let me know!

Dear CLkkkiss,

Congratulation for your store. We have gone through your store and hope the following suggestion will help you.

1. Optimize your store loading speed for mobile and desktop

2. Design can be more better and organized

3. You have missed lots of features in Product page (https://www.mswebdesigner.com/pages/product-page-1)

4. Optimize your store for SEO

5. Use Facebook and Instagram Shop for sale
6. Add blog section

There are other areas you need to work

Thanks & Regards

Congratulations on your store!

Overall very nice job. Here are a couple things you can do right now that will increase your CR:

Home page:

- light up the background. Ecom sites have rarely another background color than white, yours feels a little too dense

- the 1st popup in intrusive and can't be closed using the little x at the top. I would suggest removing it. + it signals to your customers that you are doing a promotion without any real reason so your products might not be that valuable.

Product page:

- Some product descriptions are too short while some are really good. Add some bullet points & try to appeal to a niche and to solve a problem.

- Add bundles to increase AOV. We use ZeBundler for its functionalities. It allows you to create offers like 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 or any other combination with several products.

Other:

- add a page with info about shipping, mainly the duration, because it doesn't appear anywhere and clients will ask for it. Ideally you can add it to the name of the standard shipping.

- add a FAQ page. You can use FAQ Page to load a pre-made template and save yourself some time.

I hope these are useful. If you need some help shoot us a message at https://aizca.com/solutions-eng/.

Good luck with your store!

All the best,

Quentin

Home Page: This needs to flow better. I'd set it out like this.

  • Slideshow (best image Only)
  • Collection List (3 most popular with link to other collections)
  • Videos
  • Popular Products (4-8 Max)

Product Pages: This page is super important. The product I looked at didn't have much of a description and you really need to work on this. I'd also add.

  • Testimonials or Reviews
  • Sticky Add to cart button
  • Similar Products (displayed)

You need to put up some engagement strategies to engage the visitors else your money will waste. Start using loyalty programs for customers for every action they take on your store. A loyalty program entices your visitors to keep engaged with your product and website. In fact, you can rewards loyalty points to your store visitors when they "allow" your push notification opt-in or when they share your store on social media and a lot of other activities. Add pop-ups, web push notifications. Increasing engagement will help you to capture visitors to your store which will increase conversions and sales.

Try Aitrillion, it has everything that an eCommerce store owner needs like Web push notification, Email Marketing, Loyalty Rewards, Reviews, Pop-ups, Announcement Bar and other advanced features like Workflow Automation, Customer Timeline and Ai Predictions orchestrated under one umbrella.

Hi @CLkkkiss

Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

After looking I couldn't find an always visible buy button. Your buy button is the most important button on your site and it should always be within the thumbs reach of the customer. Take a look at your store (especially on your phone), and try to easily find your buy button, especially when you are on the bottom of the page. If your buy button isn't always visible you are making it harder for your customer to buy. Consider adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-sticky-checkout-button-increase-your-sales , it will help it make it easier for your customer to buy from you.

After carefully reviewing I don't see a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

One thing to consider is adding a sense of urgency. One of the main reasons why people don't buy from a store is because they feel like they can buy it whenever. A big thing that can help more of your visitors be turned into buyers would be by adding a sense of urgency to your store. One way to add urgency is to have a sale, and all sales need an end date. You can easily add a sale to your store with a countdown timer. One countdown timer that I recommend is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .

After looking I couldn't find reviews. It would be good to add reviews for your products. Think about it when was the last time you bought a product without reading the reviews first? I think you should definitely add some reviews.

Also I noticed that you don't have social media links. If you add some social media accounts to your store like Facebook or Instagram, it will help build trust with your store and help get more customers

You know your store is actually quite good, and I think with just a bit of love and care, you will be able to really succeed.

Just so you know, I also created a tiny email series that has some tips on making your shopify store better https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course

Hi @CLkkkiss,

Just had a quick look and can see a few ways to make improvements.

  • I can't see anything clear on the homepage that explains what your store actually is. What do specialise in?
  • I received a prompt asking if I would allow your store to send me notifications (using Safari on a MacBook). I would look to switch this over as it's just really frustrating for users.
  • I would drop the scrolling gallery for above the fold. Just pick one image and go with it.

Hope that helps - Gareth
