I recently had upgraded my phone and did not have my auth code saved. i have an account on another email that im lock out of right now. CBDwellnessBrands@yahoo.com i dont have my recovery code and would like to turn the auth code off so i can log in.

I'm sorry to hear you're locked out of your store, let's get you back in asap! Our Account Integrity team handles the requests to turn off two-step authentication for account owners who don't have access to their recovery codes. What I'll need to do is escalate this up to them. They will reach out to you via email to confirm your identity, disable the two-step authentication, and let you back into your store.
