I like your store, it's amazing. You need to work on a few aspects to improve your store and increase your sales.


Showcase your best sellers: Add more sections on the homepage, such as ‘blogs’, ‘Top selling products or best selling products’, ‘New arrivals’, ‘offers & discount banners’ to engage users. Blogging increases website traffic so you can give it a try.


Product Images & Description: Your product page is nicely spaced. Insert images into the carousel to make it visually appealing.


Create urgency: Creating a sense of urgency helps increase sales.


Add Social Proof: Put effort Into online reviews & social proof as Social Proof builds brand image.


Add Call to Action: Use good CTA it can increase conversion and sales.


Integrate Live Chat Support: A website with no live chat is like a store with no sales assistant. Start a conversation with your visitors and turn them into happy customers. So integrate live chat support on your website.


Build trust: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.

 

Structured Data: I noticed a multiple implementations of structured data, so it's recommended to effectively implement to increase search appearance on SERP.


Add an Email sign-up form on your website: To collect the email database, you should have an email sign-up form on your website to shoot an email for every update, release, and news.

 

Social Media: Integrating social plugins on your website to increase traffic. Create social media pages of your business it helps to reach more customers. Social media make your business visible and it expands conversion such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are great platforms for marketing and connecting with your new and existing users.


Footer: You need to add proper footer menu links. Also, you can show website information and address in the footer.

Hey,
After having a look at the store, I conclude that it is quite amazing and close to perfect. It has everything at its place from top to bottom but surely you can work on few aspects mentioned down below which will help you in settling UI and overall functionality which will build trust for visitors and eventually drive you a lot better sales.

 

  1. The logo is very small, kindly enlarge it.
  2. For engaging new customers, you can add a section of best-selling products.

  3. For some sales at the start, you need to offer some discounts to get going as a promotional offer.
    Also, it would be great if you can create a separate sale page for discounted products.

  4. Add some social links for better connectivity.
  5. Please add some more blogs for better clarity.
  6. Also, You have ample of products and sure you might add a few more as its just a start for your visitor might feel hard to find the right product.
    Also, your search page is a bit off and empty https://silverbeautyproducts.com/search?q=. Don't you think if suggestions are offered to the searchbar, there will be a lot of chances for a visitor to buy from your store?
    I would recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

 

Did you think about adding reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

 

Another thing you might want to add is social media links. Adding social media for your store can help people realize that they are dealing with a real person and organization and not just some faceless store

 

After carefully reviewing I don't see an always visible buy button. One of the biggest reasons people don't buy from online stores is because it's a hassle to checkout. We want to be able to reduce all friction that could potentially cause a customer not to buy. I recommend adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-sticky-checkout-button-increase-your-sales to your site. It's an app that will make your buy button always visible. If they buy button isn't always visible on your site, your customer will have a hard time trying to buy from you. And even if they still are able to checkout, it can go a long way in helping them have a positive experience on your site.

 

One thing to consider is adding a blog. Adding a blog to your site would help to increase SEO on your site.

 

After browsing your store I noticed I wasn't able to find a FAQ section. Adding an FAQ section to your store can help your customer more easily be able to find a solution to their problems without asking you. This will help long into the future so you don't need to spend so much time on customer support

 

An important thing I couldn't find is a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .

 

Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!
