I am unable to access my store after trial period

I opened the store adeolauyeyetl-store.myshopify.com late August, now the trial period is over and I am unable to access it even now that I am ready to pay for a plan. It keeps showing me this message 

 

If you're the owner of this store

Please contact support to resolve the issue

 

I tried making payment for a plan yet nothing is happening, I'm unable to. Please assist.
