Have you reset your password recently? We have a guide on how you can reset your password here. Have you received any emails from our team about your account?

"mystore.myshopify.com is currently unavailable."  This is the message when I log in. Can you check for me what is the problem? Thank you!

Hello again, I'd be happy to investigate this for you. Could I have the MyShopify URL for the store in question? If you're unsure about your MyShopify URL, I'd suggest searching your account owner's email inbox for the signup emails.

Hello,

   For some reason I'm locked out of my own account? Also, I now have two email addresses listed for my store, when it should only be one. It repeatedly is stating an error message, and refuses to authenticate my account, no emails in my inbox. Can someone please unlock my account? Or confirm the steps to unlock the account?
