I can't re-open my store

Someone please help me out please. after i paid for the domain and choose the monthly plan. i cannot login my store. i dont know what happen. Everytime i enter my website it mention "This shop is unavailable". Currently my store under trial plan, but i already choose for basic monthly plan.

I'd like to take a look into what might be happening with your account, but for security and privacy reasons we will need to have you send in an email from the address you use to log into Shopify via our support site.

 

Just click through the prompts on the screen there, select the option to contact us via email and send in any email (even a blank mail will do) and then just reply in this thread with the ticket number you are given for that interaction.

 

I will then be able to grab this email from the queue and see what we can see in terms of your account.

Just share the ticket number you are given for your email contact with support here so I can check it out with you.

 

If you can't find the automated email reply with your ticket number, try checking in your email's spam or other folders, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there by email providers.
