I was completely new to Shopify and eCommerce in general when we relaunched our website in October 2020. We are a full line music instrument retail store with one brick and mortar location. Additionally, we have a fairly extensive lessons program, and, we offer a variety of services such as instrument repairs, rentals, Pro Audio installs, etc. I'd love to get some general feedback on the overall design and ease of navigation. I like everything except for the homepage.

My advice, Take a look at amazons homepage and try to emulate it somewhat. They have a show case of products right when you arrive.

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. By displaying social media such as Instagram (or Facebook, Twitter) and constantly updating the feed.

2. Product page
2.1 Add more images that having context and real model
You can add images that having context, don't let the white background color because the customers will find it hard to imagine.
And you can add images from real models.
2.2 Provide a list of Recently viewed items
Many customers want to view previous items. If it’s too difficult to view again previous items, they will likely frustrated, and may not purchase anymore.
=> What helps you to build your store more easily, especially what helps you to build all options I comment on above is a page builder.

Recently viewed : As per navigation, customers sometimes may lost track of their products they wished to purchase, try to add recently viewed products feature.
Rewards & credits: Rewards helps to increase the orders, and make customers to buy the products with rewards. You can give rewards for registration, subscription, Order credits, Cart Value, Item review, Monthly, Birth day, Referral and many more. This will assist you with captivating your customers and hold them. You can compensate your customers to reclaim those focuses. At the point when you will offer focuses to them they will come back again later on to cause a buy to reclaim those focuses. Setup a reward program for giving points and let customers redeem on their next purchase.
Social login: I would like to suggest social login page like login with facebook, instagram , google ,linked in and twitter. which helps the customer to login easily .
Testimonials at bottom of home page to showcase your store’s happy customers ,which will give positive impression about the store .You can make a great impression on your customers by
displaying testimonials. When good reviews are shown, your audiences will likely stay longer and take action. You can add them below your product on your home page.
Add Buy it now for all products
Fill the empty space in product page products review. Which helps customer to select there required products.
You can create a videos on your products and these also you can share on social media pages daily, this will helpful for your conversions.
