I opened a new website kaleidokidsusa.com a couple of months ago. I am looking for advice on how to improve seo as I am not coming up on any searches. I also want your input on my website. I greatly appreciate and look forward to any advice you can offer.
Oh I see. It's okay. I can give you some advice. First, you should know the best keywords to target for each page of your website. You may use keyword planner to find the keywords. Next is to optimize those pages with the best keywords. It's very important that you create good titles and snippets in search result using your target keywords. You should use the "description" meta tag. Use heading tags to emphasize important text. Make sure that they contain a variation of your keywords and LSI terms to make it appear natural and Google friendly. Your website has a structured data markup however, I can't find a "Product" markup schema. You should also make sure optimize your images. I found some alt tags that are weird like "SILLY_BILLYZ_TRIANGLE_JERSEY_BIBLET_BLACK_AND_WHITE_CUTE_BABY_BIB". It is too long plus there are extra characters and not keywords focused. And last but not the least, you should also promote your website by building backlinks and using social media.
Hi there! Maggie, Shopify Expert here :)
Your SEO is not in bad shape, which is excellent. All you need to do now is to pick the keywords that would drive you more traffic - and traffic that converts into sales. In order to do that, you need to pick keywords with a commercial intent [as used by people ready to buy], with high monthly search volume and low difficulty. You can find these using thorough keyword research [premium tools, such as MOZ Pro will give you more in-depth data about each keyword, so you pick the strongest ones for your website rank].
Once you select the keywords, optimize your website content in order to start ranking for these keywords. Make sure to add them to your pages, meta data, H tags, image alt tags etc.

Hi Apoorva I don't think you can edit meta tags on the login/registration page with Shopify. Besides, there's no point SEO the encrypted pages, as Google doesn't crawl them [they are usually blocked from Google bots due to privacy issues]. Hope it helps.
