It is great that you are working to help the organizations. I think by now all of us are aware of the bees going extinct and the positive impact they have on our ecosystem. I think you should focus even more on a sustainable basis if your business. Try to work with people that also offer something that helps the environment. Also, you can work with influencers that promote that type of life because most of their subscribers share that point of view and probably would love to contribute to the environment by purchasing something from you.
I recommend taking advantage of your blog and start selling from there. Search for relevant keywords, use them, get traffic and convert it to sales. In your specific niche, you have high chances to monetize your blog.
AS for the flaws, I think your reward program is not set up correctly, you ask a lot of points for the 5 % off but give not enough points for each action. I recommend setting up the earning rules that way so if a person completes all of the actions, he/she gains 100 points which is enough to to redeem for a percentage off. Otherwise, it is not an incentive at the moment.
Also, I see that you are using the Reviews app as well, therefore I would like to recommend using Growave., because it has Reviews and Rewards in one platform. Store Loading Speed -- Store loading speed is very poor for mobile, need to improve speed immediately.
Customize your header and footer with specific functionalities. Your header should offer a smart toggle search bar where people can type in the products they’re looking for as well as go for sticky header.
Also, create a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator.
Home Page --
A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive. Add prompt CTA buttons with a hero banner that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc. Below the hero banner, create categories for all your products in a slider that engages customers.
Your Unique value proposition should be highlighted on your homepage. Add testimonial carousels, announcement bars, product slideshows and make your homepage SEO friendly to increase your site traffic and conversions.
Collection Page --
Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer.
Make sure this page has a creative banner to enhance the visual appeal of your store, product reviews of all the products in your store, infinite scrolling to increase page views. announcement bars for highlighting promotions, events, deals and product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’, etc.
Product Page --
Add interactive and user-friendly features like custom swatches, product zoom in, product reviews, unique product titles/descriptions, cart drawer and a sticky cart with a sticky add to cart and buy now button.

1. Add an interactive form in the Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
2. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
3. Add filters in the collection pages as it will be easy for customers to select the products based on their criteria.
4. Add Buy Now button in product pages which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
5. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
6. Add more payment options which will be convenient for the customer to purchase products.
7. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.
8. Email newsletter subscription section is available in Home page only. Add same footer in all pages.
9. It would be nice if product images could be zoomed in / enlarged
I also did a flare check on your site. You have only 37 results indexed by Google. But your website has 142+ pages. Before you think of ranking you should ensure your pages are found (indexed by Google). I just had a look at your store, you need to work on few aspects to increase your sales.
I would recommend you to work on to build customer trust, add some trust signals. It build customers trust and help users to feel more secure in their buying decision.
Mobile Score: Your google page speed score is only 42. Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversation. For greater success and to deliver a great user experience you should focus on mobile score as well.
Send abandoned cart emails: If you have lots of traffic and little sales due to abandoned carts so you can get lost revenue using abandonment email campaigns. There are many Automated tools for abandoned carts. They can help you increase sales and re-engage visitors to your site who have left. You can also send promotional emails to your subscriber's list.
Create a sense of urgency: Creating a sense of urgency helps increase sales when used in moderation. Take a look at your sales funnel and see where you lose the most leads. Making people feel as if they’re about to lose a great opportunity is a powerful way to drive conversions.
Call of Action Placement: You need a strong call to action to gain people’s attention and to convince them to act. Try to use good CTA to increase conversion and sales.

I suggest some tweaks that I think could intrigue people to stay longer and explore your store, you can try to see if this works:
1. Make it even clearer what you sell.
This section features the collections available in your store, which is great to give people an overview of what you are selling. People can also tell from the background images what this collection include, however, the background image itself cannot describe all the products included.
==> So, add description of the products inside. For example: Chopsticks, Bag, Wooden Clocks, etc..
The same applies to the hero banner, don't be general with just "Help save the bee". Add a short description of what is available within your shop.
2. Add more product images.
You are featuring the "Best Sellers" on your homepage, try adding a secondary hover image into each item thumbnails. This will allow people to quickly take a closer look into the details of the products.
3. Recommend product by topics.
You are recommending the popular "New Arrivals" and "Best Sellers". Try to be a bit more creative by recommending based on customers' acutal demand. For example, target those who are decorating their home and recommend the "Best product for home decoration", or "high school trending".
The key is to understand your actual customers and their needs.

You know why I passed on your app? Your price point for features is excessive to new business when cash flow is most important. To get the full compliment of what you need to roll out a effective program from the get go, in 12 months of expense you could have developed your own solution using a 3rd party programmer.
Plenty of low cost apps that do exactly what this one does. Yes...you have to cobble them together, but in the end, the price is much lower and they do work together. Granted, that is just my opinion which is worth exactly what anyone paid for it :)
