It's been six months since I created the store.
We were able to take orders, but it was a very small order. Google ads are also used. The number of sessions is over 40 per day, but there is not much order.
What is the specific problem?
Also, please provide feedback on the website design.

Hey Ballagrio,
 "Wrong store layout" can lead to loss of sales. Keep the following points in mind for better store optimization:

  • When "Best" and "New" are clicked on the header menu, then "All" is mentioned as the title for both the sections on the collection page,which doesn't distinguishes both.
  • "Home" button should be added to the beginning of the header menu.
  • Footer font needs to be changed to "white" for visibility in the black background.
  • You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  • Filters are very important for customers in order to identify the correct product from the huge catalog. So, you should look for advanced filter options for your store.
  • Finally, I would also recommend you to try Sparq product filters and search to replace the default search on your store, this app allows advanced custom tag product filters for collection pages, synonyms, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

I just reviewed your store and below some of my thoughts.


Work on to build customer trust, add some trust signals. Trust Signals build customers trust and help users to feel more secure in their buying decision. 


Send abandoned cart emails: If you have lots of traffic and little sales due to abandoned carts so you can get lost revenue using abandonment email campaigns. There are many Automated tools for abandoned carts. They can help you increase sales and re-engage visitors to your site who have left. You can also send promotional emails to your subscriber's list.


Create a sense of urgency: Creating a sense of urgency helps increase sales when used in moderation. Take a look at your sales funnel and see where you lose the most leads. Making people feel as if they’re about to lose a great opportunity is a powerful way to drive conversions.


Call of Action Placement: You need a strong call to action to gain people’s attention and to convince them to act. Try to use good CTA to increase conversion and sales.


Ads: If you want to increase sales I would recommend to start off Facebook or Google Shopping ads. It becomes easier to get conversion faster and grow your business with the help of Ads.


Mobile Score: Your google page speed score is 32%.  Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversation. For greater success and to deliver a great user experience you should focus on mobile score as well. 


Homepage: Homepage could be better and more organized. Homepage content should be strategically decided.  Feature less product on featured collected instead you can add sections such as ‘New arrivals’, ‘trust indicators’, ‘Top selling products or best selling products’, ‘offers & discount banners’ to engage new customers.


Sticky Header: You can create a sticky header. Sticky header is something that remains fixed to the top of the website, and are visible even when you scroll down. It gives a better navigation experience to the user.


Social Media: Integrating social plugins on your website to increase traffic. Create social media pages of your business it helps to reach more customers. Social media makes your business visible and it expands conversion such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are great platforms for marketing and connecting with your new and existing users.

I've taken a look at your store. Its already looking awesome! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Add the Home page link at the starting of the main menu.
2. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
3. Add Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
4. It would be nice if product images could be zoomed in / enlarged
5. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
6. A FAQ would be useful!
7. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
8. logo is an important part of your company's brand, and makes a significant impact on a company's public perception
9. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
10. Add the section for email Newsletter in the footer instead of adding it in Home page only.

Before you think of ranking you should ensure your pages are found (indexed by Google).   • Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 32-40 . you need to improve website speed to make it more user-friendly for both device desktop and mobile.
  • Header - Have a sticky header and a clear search bar to help users locate the products they're looking for. Example of Good Header
  • Use silo structure menu
  • Optimize your footer with newsletter sign up
  • Custom search - Customize the search icon with a toggle effect so the search form slides out when user clicks on the icon. Makes your site look neat.
  • Custom Slider with Call to Action - Make your site more visually appealing when you add your products in an interactive slider with prompt call to action.
  • Over All Text , Font , Paragraph , Alignment , Spacing , Padding etc to make it more elegant - Make your store well-organized, neat and visually appealing and add to the user experience.
  • Highlight your USP - What's unique about you and your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
  • Add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
  • Banner adding on Collection page - Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners. Example of Good Collection Page

Congratulations on your store page! I like the minimal theme that you have selected because it keeps the focus on the products themselves. Most things on the store have been done right. I saw a couple of things that could be made better though, so I thought I'd share them with you. 

  1. On your homepage, make the top navigation bar fixed - even if the person scrolls down they should be able to navigate to the rest of the pages without having to go to the top. 
  2. In the footer section, your shipping policies and return and refund are is a very light grey colour - I can't seem to read these properly. As a shopper this is very important information for me so make sure it's visible clearly. 
  3. I know it's tough when you're not getting any sales - but do try to get testimonials or reviews soon! This helps the buyer trust your store and the products. 
  4. The top bar has different options - for new, best sellers and also based on type of product like skin care or make up. This doesn't seem very uniform to me and also gives me way to many options in 1 go. As a visitor I would want to directly jump into the section of products I want and then I could use a filter for On Sale or check out the New Arrivals. You have a filter like this already - so why not just keep that?
    This can also be done by adding stickers or labels to highlight things like sale/trending/free shipping. The Shopify app store is source of some really good apps that can add this kind of a focus to your store. You can look up some styles here.

One of your site's issues, beyond very low traffic numbers, is that your product page needs tons of work.

Product Page  Feedback

      1. I would redesign the layout of your product page as it's disorganized right now. I would make sure you have Product Title, Costs, Size/Colour Selection, Add To Cart button and then Product Description as the order of your product page information. Anything else needs to be put somewhere else on the product page...the above layout is what people expect. Your product description is way to long, to image heavy and no one is going spend all that time reading that section.

      2. Don't have Buy It Now and Add To Wishlist right by your Add To Cart button... that takes away from people wanting to add something to their shopping cart

      3. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. A lot of products I saw only had 1 or 2 images

      4. Make sure all your product images are the same size and dimensions and the same style/brand. This is going to help tie your site together

      5. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value
