In the meantime I thought I would offer you some tips and resources to help you out with conversion and finding the culprit yourself.
What I would first recommend doing is running a test order or two on your storefront. This would allow you to go through the checkout yourself to see if you find any snags in the checkout process. There are three ways of running a test order on your website, check out our guide here for step by step instructions about how to use Shopify's Bogus Gateway to simulate a transaction, how to use a real payment gateway to do a test order and then refund and how to use Shopify Payments (if you're using that as a gateway) to test your configuration.
You can also go through some of your orders from within your Shopify Admin to look at conversion details to see if you can piece together what could be causing your customers from not going through with their order. Conversion tracking is available from your Shopify Admin and would allow you to check your customer's total number of orders from your store, see your customer's total visits to your store in the last 30 days, check out the origin of your customer's first visit to your store, see the number of days between the first visit and the most recent visit and check out an overview of customer activity, including visits between the first and most recent visit. If you've run through these methods before, then you may be more interested in trying out conversion rate optimization. Conversion rate optimization is basically finding a way for your customers to take action on your storefront and go through with their orders. I have a few resources that I thought could be helpful when looking into conversion rate optimization with your storefront.

Thank you for replying with your shop URL. I've gone ahead and done some navigating through your website and I would be happy to offer you some feedback. I would like to first let you know that your website looks fantastic already! Awesome job! You have a clear brand direction and message, your logo is beautiful and stands out, the colour scheme works very well with your brand direction and you have some really great graphics throughout your website. However, there are some elements that I think could use a little focus.
When scrolling down your homepage I've noticed that there are quite a few graphics, products features, and text. To prevent your customers from feeling overwhelmed, I would recommend removing some of the different aspects you have displayed. For example, you have a lot of products displayed on your homepage. Since you already have your products categorized into collection or catalog pages, it’s only necessary to feature one set of products on your homepage. You could think about removing either 'Top Sellers' or 'New Arrivals' products from your homepage. Making this change could help strengthen your brand message as well.
Towards the bottom of your homepage, your “Did you know: 38% of most standard brought Easter Eggs is chocolate? 62% is packaging going straight to landfills….” reads a little bit confusing. I would recommend changing how this message is phrased to make it clearer for your customers. A suggestion would be to change the slide text to, “Did you know that 38% of most standard bought Easter Eggs are chocolate with 62% of their packaging going straight to landfills?”
As I scroll back up to navigate through your collection pages, I did notice that when I hover my curser over ‘Products’ you have all of your collections show up with images. This type of feature can look too busy and can overwhelm customers. If you decide to keep this feature what I would suggest doing is narrowing down your catalog pages. Having as many products as you do is fine because you do have a niche, which is re-usable sustainable products - so what you could do is simply re-arrange how your products are being categorized.
I would suggest combining some of your catalog pages, like Bath, Kitchen, Straws, Pegs and Razors into a combined ‘Home’ catalog.
Then, to clean this feature up a bit more, I would suggest having the same image formatting for each catalog thumbnail. It’s best to go with the same size of image, the same resolution to avoid blurry pictures, the same format (square or rectangle) and have the products shown on the same background - I would recommend a solid white, grey or black background.
