Thank you for sharing your store with us to review. Gaining feedback about your business from external sources is a great way to ensure your brand and flow works well. You have a great layout to your site and a lot of valuable content for your customers. I think that there is room to build on that though and take it to the next level!
One of the biggest things we recommend for ecommerce businesses is to consider the customer experience from start to finish. It is important that we are creating a positive experience for our customers to engage them and encourage them to purchase. One of the important aspects of this is detailed descriptions of the products and high quality images. I did notice some spelling errors in the product descriptions as well as some mismatched information between the product title and the detailed product description. For example:
The Green Cubic Zircon in Silver Sheen Ring - The product title doesn't really align with the description and available variants. The main stone color option is white and the band comes in platinum plate, but the description is that it is green and silver.
If possible, you should also ensure you are providing the metal content of the jewellery you are selling. Many people have sensitivity to certain types of metal and plated jewellery could cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some of your customers.
You also have a great note in your store header:
Each year we give 2% from every sale made to a social cause. This year, we are supporting 2 causes - (i) Providing relief to local families who have suffered financially due to the pandemic; and (ii) planting more trees. We 'thank you' for every purchase that you make from us to create a happy world "together".
I would recommend expanding on this and providing links and more details about the organizations you are supporting and why you chose them. This help builds a relationship with your customers and a stronger commitment.
I hope this feedback helps!

This is Puneet from unbundl.
Your website looks good and have a refreshing look due to your striking green and pink color.
Lately I have started seeing websites with a mobile first approach. Since last year, all our clients see more than 80% of traffic coming in from mobile devices. We had also started advising to build for mobile.
I gave your website a look from this critical angle:
I hope I was helpful to you
Congratulations on the launch of your store! I've taken a look through and have some feedback for you.
That main banner area is prime real estate for selling. One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? Or what is it that they desire that you provide? Use words or phrases that they do to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:
Your logo is one of those things that holds a lot of weight in how professional or unprofessional your store looks. I would highly recommend having a professional logo done up for your store, it’s a worthy investment. This is a service we offer so if you are interested, you can click here for more information.
Once your logo is finished, you can match the fonts and colors in your store to your logo. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.
I'd recommend condensing the text in your top area. You could say something like "We donate 2% from every sale to a social cause. Learn more." and then link that to the full disclosure.
The combination of those three things are taking up far too much space, especially on mobile:
There are some issues with your product variants. For example, you have Ship From: White.
I’d recommend working on your product descriptions. There are things you can add in and change in order to increase conversions. We did a video all about this which you can watch here:
One very important piece of selling is getting the right kind of traffic to your store, your target audience (high traffic is not a good thing if it is the wrong kind of traffic). Good SEO will help you reach your intended audience organically. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to make sure you include the same words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google. We created a video walking you through how to do your SEO that you can watch here:
You need to add in an estimated shipping time at checkout. For some people, shipping time can be a deal breaker so they won’t proceed with their purchase without that information.
If you are concerned that displaying longer shipping times will turn people off, what I would say is long-term, you want happy customers so it's better to say up front, "hey, this could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive" rather than not giving a shipping time and then getting an email 2 weeks later from an unhappy customer wondering where their package is. I’d also recommend taking a look at alternative suppliers. We did a video showing several USA suppliers that can get products to your customers faster:
This is something we see very commonly on the forums. People tend to start shops selling things like jewelry, clothing, tech and etc. The problem with this is that these types of items can already be purchased offline in hundreds of retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a necklace or earrings in Google, these big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers.
Now, a person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be someone who sells locally, their "reason" as to why you should purchase from them vs the other guy is because they are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local. In addition to this, they can also get products to their customers faster and can offer incentives such as free local delivery.
I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and in the text in your store.
If you cannot find a way to set yourself apart in the market, it is time to move onto different products. What we recommend is selling winning products. A winning product choice should have these qualities:
We did a video that explains how and where to find winning products that you can watch here:

Hello @Glam2, This is AiTrillion- an All-in-one Marketing Platform on Shopify. I would love to share my thoughts for your store based on 9 years of experience with Shopify and hope that my sharing will help you improve your store performance:
- Add a call to action button on the banner image and the color of the header should be changed.
- You can add a category name here too and redirect to its collection page. It will make your store easy to navigate.
- Add a review carousel on the homepage. It helps in building trust with other visitors.
- Setup product recommendations on product pages as well as cart pages. This will help in upselling.
- Add an announcement bar with a call to action button on it to highlight important information that you don't want your customers to miss out on & make them take action from it.
- Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increasing the retention rate.
To add the above marketing engagement tools there are many apps available in the Shopify app store. Instead of installing multiple apps, you can install the all-in-one Shopify app AiTrillion and get all the benefits of marketing features in a single app.
P.S- Free plan available.
