My website, www.boutique627.com, was set up in January and I'm concerned that people cannot find products they may be looking for. Any suggestions on how I might make my site user friendly if you have trouble with it. Think of an article of clothing that you might like to find and see if you could find it on my site.....(e.g. plus-sized top, junior size dress, hats, formal in a specific size). Let me know what you think.

I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.

-> Have you promoted your products through Instagram? I suggest you can increase your followers through Instagram and convert those into your customers.
-> You can Add blog page, Blog initially used to provide a unique way for people to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and opinions and It is a huge opportunity to increase your company's visibility.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.

- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed.
- Add a footer menu. Add policies like privacy, shipping, returns & refund.
- Make your store mobile and desktop responsive.
- Improve the product page.
- You need to engage your visitors coming to your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers.
Entice customers by giving them loyalty points on activities like sign up, leaving a review, allowing push notification, visiting a store, on birthdays, and more. This will help you to increase the email and push subscribers. You can then run email and push campaigns to reach your customers on the basis of customer behavior. This helps in increasing the conversion and retention rate.

I commend you for reaching out for feedback, it shows you care and want to provide the best experience possible for your customers. I've taken a look through your store and I have a few suggestions.
First, your homepage. That main banner image is showing up a little blurry. You want your images to be really crisp and clear.
Here are some places you can get free, high quality stock images:
I would also recommend working on the text in your banner. This area is prime real estate for selling. One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? What words or phrases do they use that you can as well to show that you understand their needs. We recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:
The one picture you have there to the left seems out of place. I would work on your homepage setup a little more. Here is a video on that:
When you get to your catalog, it gets very confusing. Instead of it leading to a page full of products from different categories, I would instead have a square image that represents each collection along with a title (both should be clickable) so ie. Plus Size, Juniors etc.
The other issue has to do with the theme you've chosen. Boundless has it so that a person has to hover over every photo to see the price, this isn't very user friendly.

The next thing I want to touch on are your products. As you know, clothing can be purchased offline in hundreds retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a piece of clothing in Google, big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers. A person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be if you offer local pickup and delivery, your "reason" as to why people should purchase from you vs the other guy is because you are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local and you can get them their product a lot faster. I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and on the text on your store. A good way to set yourself apart is to sell winning products.
