Hi everybody! I just launched my new e-commerce store that sells custom caricature portraits. Essentially, a customer can upload a photo, place and order and sit back until the free shipping delivery arrives.

Now, I'm trying to figure out whether or not the site looks aesthetic. I need to capture people's interest, and make sure that there are people actually viewing it.

Here's the website:

I'd appreciate any advice or feedback. Thank you! :)

Hi @quirkdoodles

At the moment I believe your website will struggle to get any sales. I don't think you have the right theme and you aren't really displaying your skills very well on your website. I believe you shouldn't be using any stock images. The great thing about what you do is you can really display just how good you're with using loads of images of sketches you have done.

Here is some Shopify Tutorials etc that will help you HERE or

Good luck mate you really have a great product.

I just had look into your website, It's looking good. I observed few points on your website, I hope those are helpful for your website.

I suggest you can show examples of your previous customers like as testimonials. And you can add your website privacy policies.

Your company’s About Us page is another opportunity to tell a story that will help you stick in your customer’s minds.
I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.

And you need to add refund policy and privacy policy pages then only visitors are trust you. Another Thing you can add blog, It is useful for Drive traffic to your website.

Hi @quirkdoodles

Really good job on launching your store. I think there isn't a ton to change, but I'm going to nitpick anyways, because there is always room for improvement :D.

Another thing you might want to add is a blog. If you had a blog more customers might be able to find your site, and even if they aren't ready to buy at the moment they are reading your blog, they are more likely to buy from you in the future.

One thing to consider is adding social media links. If you add some social media accounts to your store like Facebook or Instagram, it will help build trust with your store and help get more customers

After looking I couldn't find an always visible buy button. Every extra step that a customer has to go through, makes it more likely for them not to buy from you. If you are getting a lot of customers coming to your store, but not buying, one of the reasons might be that it is just a bit too hard. If you can make your buy button always visible (especially important when people are on their phones), it can help more of your customers want to buy from you, I wrote an app that can help with that .

I wasn't able to find a FAQ section. If your customer can't find an answer to their questions they may not buy from you. Adding an FAQ section will help to add trust, and make it so your customer doesn't need to leave your site, to find an answer to their question.

Another thing you might want to add is a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding .

You might consider adding reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

Nice job on your all of your hard work so far, and I'm sure that just a few minor changes will really help.
