I cannot find a store with that URL in our system, which suggests that you may be misspelling it. You should have an email with the correct URL. Alternatively, you could try using this link.

All my customers will be within 5km of my warehouse. I dont need any online advertising, google ads, SOE etc.

It seems like either your store is not live or your store URL is wrong. 
Do check your dashboard for the right URL. If the case is that the store is not live yet, you can follow the steps in this blog
