I am looking for feedback of my store, I have had tons of visitors but only a few people have bought, mainly due to word of mouth.

Why are you different from anyone else online or at the local shopping center ?

 

I look at your website and nothing stands out. It's just generic pictures of socks. Nothing to get excited about or get behind. Also missing some important things. 

 

Few Areas To Improve On 

  • Home Page (flow)
  • Site Navigation 
  • Menus 
  • About Page 
  • Contact Page 
  • Policy Pages 

More images like this would help also. People wearing the socks smiling. It gives a good feeling and vibe and someone can image themselves wearing your socks.

Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

 

Homepage Feedback

    1. Carousels have been proven to kills conversions rates ...limit how much you use the one on your site. No one is going to wait around to see what is on each sliders

    2. Add links to your footer for about us, return/refund, contact us, FAQ, and shipping policy. I didn't see these pages on your site and they are ones customers will look for. Also make your contact email your domain name as that looks more professional then gmail. The grey background does not work well with what you are selling.

    3. I would clean up the design of your homepage as it's just a list of what you sell. You don't talk about your brand or offer a reason for people to want to buy. Also the lack of a logo and main menu makes the site look average

    4. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great


Product Page  Feedback

    1. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. A lot of products I saw only had 2 images. Get some product images of people wearing the socks.

    2. Add a section for customer reviews when you get them. This helps build social proof

    3. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

After looking I couldn't find a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

 

After carefully reviewing I don't see a FAQ section. Customers often times will want a lot of information before they make a decision to purchase. Adding an FAQ section with information about things like shipping rates, returns, and anything else relevant can help your customer more easily make a decision to purchase

 

Another thing you might want to add is a sense of urgency. One of the main reasons why people don't buy from a store is because they feel like they can buy it whenever. A big thing that can help more of your visitors be turned into buyers would be by adding a sense of urgency to your store. One way to add urgency is to have a sale, and all sales need an end date. You can easily add a sale to your store with a countdown timer. One countdown timer that I recommend is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .

 

You might consider adding social media links. Adding social media for your store can go a long way in fostering a brand

 

After carefully reviewing I don't see reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

 

You know your store is actually quite good, and I think with just a bit of love and care, you will be able to really succeed.

Hey,

If you are getting views this surely means visitors are interested to buy from your store, however they might not have found your store appealing, though it's a gem of a store but surely you can work on few aspects mentioned down below which will help you in settling UI and overall functionality which will build trust for visitors and eventually drive you a lot better sales.

 

  1. Also, logo is not professional enough just simple text,missing on favicon.

  2. For some sales in the start, you need to offer some discounts to get going as a promotional offer.
    Also, it would be great if you can create a seperate sale page for discounted products.

  3. Add some more product description to ensure better clarity.
  4. Also, You have around 84  products and sure you might add a few more as its just a start for you visitor might feel hard to find the right product.
    Also your search page is bit off and empty https://seedsculture.com/search?type=product&q=Don't you think if suggestions are offered to searchbar, there will be a lot of chances for a visitor to buy from your store?
    I would recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.
