Thanks for your feedback,

I understand all that you mentioned. I had a reward program already, but
since I dont have many clients and visits I decided to take it off to
define better the rewards and how to communica it.

About the customer time line tracker, what do you mean by that? There is a
app to do it? I have analytics and Hotjar... there I can see the behavior.
I know that i need time to look into it.

I will look for the web pushup notification. Good idea.

I'm starting and I know that I have to invest on the project, but in this
moment I need to have some cashflow to improve it... but i'm not giving up.
