I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

 

  • Page loading Speed - Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 29-35 . you need to improve website speed to make it more user-friendly for both device desktop and mobile.
  • Add newsletter sign up at footer
  • Custom Slider with Call to Action - Make your site more visually appealing when you add your products in an interactive slider with prompt call to action.
  • Human Touch : About you and your business - Highlight what makes you different and personalize your offerings when you write about your brand in a custom About Us section.Example of Nice Home page
  • Featured Collection - Add all the top featured products on the homepage so users know the type of products you're selling on your store.
  • Add Featured / Bestseller products at home page - Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store.
  • Banner adding on Collection page - Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners. Example of Good Collection Page
  • Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner.
  • Add Product filter for easy navigation - Categorize & filter products by their size, colour or type so users find product to product navigation easy.Example of Ideal Product Page
  • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.
  • Add blog for SEO and Traffic

Below listed points would definitely help optimize your store:

  • Add "Twitter and Linked In" business pages to the site footer for better advertising.
  • Shift the "header template" from below the header menu to above the logo and sidelinks(cart,search bar etc) respectively for ease of customer notice and attention.

I have several recommendations for you to make more sales and get more trusted customers!

It is very good that you have implemented a social review program. Having reviews for the store is crucial- as it is social proof. However, your store is lack of reviews. Try to use another program for reviews. For example, the Growave app has social reviews feature with automated emails that are being sent to customers. 

Add more description to your products, and use more keywords - it directly affects SEO. 

Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa. 

I have one question - why everything is on sale? You are trying to attract customers? Such kinds of offers - can devalue your products. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand for it? Does that mean the product is bad? Instead of giving a discount for nothing, give them rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.

  • Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
  • I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
  • Try adding some sale offers to your products to attract customers.
  • Add a blog page, blog page helps you to share more about your website and products which increases your site visibility.

-> You can use open new tab on the links on the footer section and items on grid page, then customers are spent more time on your store

Welcome to the Shopify family, and congratulations on your store.

Your store looks pretty great on the first look, good job. I have a few observations to add:

  1. Product images. This is my biggest observation, on some products - you have only 1 image. You should add multiple images - which shows the product close up, inside, etc. This is the only interaction users will have it, they can’t touch it and see, so be sure to add as many details as possible. A bad product listing is the #1 users don’t convert.
  2. The first fold, as soon as I land, doesn’t tell me anything about what you sell. There are images, but I could only find out what you actually sell by scrolling down. Consider updating the content in the first fold. Be clear about who you are and what you’re selling, and why someone should buy from you.
  3. So, this thing, “shipping calculated at next step” can cause some users to drop off. You should provide all shipping details at the first screen itself and show them the total price. This kind of transparency in pricing builds trust. The opposite will make them lose trust in your store.
  4. The special offer section, for the family plushie deal, it is not immediately redirecting sometimes. I have to click it 2-3 times.

  6. Add a separate “About Us” page. When a new user lands on your website, they will be looking for signs of trustworthiness. A good, personal about us page makes your brand stand out and connect with users. Mention your Instagram page, your following, your story, add pics of the people, and make it personal. 
  7. Lastly, testimonials and reviews are another way of proving the authenticity and quality of your products. Get some testimonials once you have a few customers and add them!
