Hi Moe_Z! Maggie, Shopify Expert here :)
You have such a great concept for your store - I love it :) You should add more info onto the homepage to let people understand how the process works - there's a lot of guessing involved at the moment. Explain step by step that you allow people to either print the Tweet of choice on a mug or a frame or choose from the available tweets. It will allow you to engage your visitors and convert them easier.
Logo - you have a really great looking logo, but it displays only on certain pages:
However it's not displayed on the homepage:
Consider looking into this, as it's an important part of your branding.
Consider also using a professional email address [such as email@example.com] instead of free one. It’s a great way to build trust as an established business. You can create a custom email address matching your domain with G-Suite - learn how to do it here: https://youtu.be/j_0ho2PUyTI
About us page is a great way to build rapport with your visitors - people like shopping from the brands they know and trust. Consider adding more info to this page with info about your company, and about your team. It can help you improve your conversion rate. It’s a great place to introduce yourself and tell your visitors who’s behind the scenes. Make sure to add a photo of yourself and your team and tell your visitors some interesting facts about each of the team members.
Social media - consider adding social media sites - at least Twitter :) Your niche is perfect to promote on social media - and Twitter should be your go-to platform. Make sure to post there daily, as it will probably be the best source of your traffic.
Your content could be more defined - your most often used words are “Policy, rarr, Tweet”, which are not very specific for Google:
Consider working on your keyword density, so Google knows your content is related to a specific niche.
Make sure to add more written content [pages, blog posts], as it's the best way to improve your organic Google rank:
Image alt tags - make sure to add descriptive SEO friendly alt tags to each new image you upload. That’s a great way to improve your SEO [Google will be able to understand what each image represents] and make your website more accessible for the users who browse with images switched off.
Some of your URLs are not SEO friendly:
It’s important to fix them now, as you are starting out, as changing URLs later, when you are more established and have more backlinks, will results with tons of error pages. See how to make your URLs more SEO friendly in this free video guide: https://youtu.be/4V-jFWoGFd4
