We opened our first shop two months ago. (URL: www.nineplanets.shop). We have put a lot of effort into the creation (about us page, product description of the individual products, shipping information, size chart, legal information etc.) The feedback on social media about our designs is very good and we are growing relatively fast. Through Facebook-Marketing we have relatively much (in our opinion :) ) traffic on our site. But the conversion rate is extremely low (0.38%). The industry rate for fashion and accessories is 2.13%.
We had free shipping on all orders before. Due to the margin, we introduced Free Shipping yesterday on orders over $70. The conversion has neither worsened nor improved.
Could you do as a favor and take a quick look at our shop and tell us what you notice? We would really appreciate some honest, constructive feedback. Are there things we have forgotten? Are there things that are badly implemented? We are passionate about it and hope to give our customers the best experience. And of course to drive up the conversion :)
We appreciate your feedback. Thank you very much.

Hey @nineplanets ,
Low conversion rates usually indicate an issue in your targeting. Are you certain of who your target audience / ideal customer is, and are you certain that you are reaching them with those Facebook Ads?
You say you have a lot of traffic on your site. If your targeting is very broad (say, all men 20-30 with an interest in fashion), then that is to be expected. But not all of these 20 to 30 year old men might have an interest in Alien clothing.
Try to narrow your audience down. You will get a lot less traffic, but if the traffic is targeted, then it'll convert into more sales :)
Here's a tip: in Facebook, create a custom audience from the people who have already bought from you, and try "Find Similar Audiences". This should help out!
Let me know if you have any questions.
Hey Nine Planets,
You can add a lot more color to your "About Nineplanets" store page by adding images of "celestial bodies, stars, and constellations" to it and relating them with your store niche just like you have done with the page text. Other pointers you must remember are:
Wishing you all the luck for the success waiting ahead.
