I'm looking for feedback on the design, product pages, and descriptions, etc. everything you can think of. Any comments, remarks, suggestions, and recommendations will be highly appreciated.

Nice job on your store, here is my feedback on it.

 

Did you think about adding reviews. It would be good to add reviews for your products. Think about it when was the last time you bought a product without reading the reviews first? I think you should definitely add some reviews.

 

An important thing I couldn't find is a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .

 

Nice job on your all of your hard work so far, and I'm sure that just a few minor changes will really help.

I have thought of everything you suggested plus I have tried different solutions for this 1+ year since running the website (it is a store + meaningful blog, which is something most Shopify stores miss). The part with urgency is cool but I don't like it and honestly, I don't know anyone who likes websites with "Hurry, only 2 minutes left...". As one person who's been in this business for more than 5 years told me: this is something scam websites do and most of the big ones avoid doing.

 

I've tried with adding reviews from aliexpress via an app - the results were let's call it 'negative'. Most opinions were in Russian and other languages so the translations were awful. I use Trustpilot for getting reviews but sadly only 1/20 or less of all clients spend 1-2 minutes to write a review and unfortunately, those who are not happy because of something do it much more often than those who are happy. What's interesting is that I have more positive reviews from clients sent via mail than on the Trustpilot page.

Hi,

 

The first impression of your store is actually good it looks professional and trustworthy. I must say you did good job, I have reviewed your store and updated you, how to be more tempting and drive sales with better effeciency.
Also this will help you in improving and overall functionalities.

 

  1. You can add some more  banner images as it will enhance the UI and provide more professional look to your store and instead of placing all the images on the front page, you can add separate pages and add link on the menu as it will look more organised and user friendly.
  2. Also to increase sales  you can have some promotional activity on the site, offer some discounts and add referral code that can help the first time user to gain discount on second order.
  3. You can add size chart in the clothing section and for better understanding  of products for customers  you can add customer feed backs as well it will help in trust building process amongst the customers.
  4. Your social media links are opening on the same tab so, you can  make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  5. Sales Pop syncs your store's data to turn recent orders into sales notification popups on your storefront. This is Sales Pop's highest converting feature and is most commonly used on product pages, collection pages.
  6. The default search landing page is bit off, I mean it's empty https://www.camotrek.com/search
    You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solution.
    Additionaly, smart search offers some suggestions when someone is trying to find something to your store.
  7. Lastly, You have over 300 products. I would strongly recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.
