Looking for ways to improve!

I opened my shop about a month ago and I have had no sales :(
I sell organic baby clothing and I have tried Facebook and IG advertising but have had no luck.
Any suggestions to improve would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can you explain a little further in detail what you mean by adding reviews...what if I have no one that has reviewed them?
