My store is fokisgear.com. We sell mostly tshirts and gift items for people that have kids in sports.
I want to know if the slide show makes sense. I am trying to add a sentence per slide to give more info about the brand but when I switched to the Pop theme it wouldn't let me, so if you know how please reply. Thanks for your time.
I just took a look at your store and I think it looks really good. There are just a few minor things that I might consider changing
Did you think about adding a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .
You might consider adding a blog. If you had a blog you would be able to drive more organic traffic to your store, plus it would help establish yourself as an expert.
Did you think about adding social media links. Creating some social media accounts can be a great way to drive organic traffic to your store.
After carefully reviewing I don't see a FAQ section. Adding an FAQ section to your store can help your customer more easily be able to find a solution to their problems without asking you. This will help long into the future so you don't need to spend so much time on customer support
After looking I couldn't find a return policy. Would you buy from a store if you thought you couldn't return something? Maybe? But it would be helpful to have a return policy.
After looking I couldn't find reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.
Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!
If you found this review useful I created an email course here https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course where you can learn more ways to convert your customers

When you're just starting out, I'd start by looking at professional store (i.e. a large ecommerce brand), and seeing what elements you can copy quickly. You don't have to reinvent the whole ecommerce wheel.
As for the slideshow specifically, I think this article is super helpful: https://yoast.com/opinion-on-sliders/
Your store looks good.
Just some small things, now it is kinda empty and doesn't tell me what should I do next, you can enable accounts and ask users to signup on your website or subscribe to the newsletter for small incentives, so they can use when they buy something from your store. Main purpose now is to guide shoppers to the product page and try to work with people who have abandoned carts.
The product page is also looking good but a little empty, lacking social proof. Try to use wishlists (perhaps with counters) and reviews to show people that you've got a professional store.
Great effort, some feedback - I think there's too much white space and text on your home page right now. Consider adding a couple more image with boxes and describe your product. Also would be beneficial to add trust icons (e.g. 3 reasons to buy from us) on home page.
Overall I like the clean layout. I would recommend adding trust badges as well as product reviews section on product page.
These are what I would work on at the moment. Hope it helps!
