Lots of add to carts, no sales

I'm advertising on FB/Insta and I am quite happy with my ads and the clicks/ATCs they're getting, but nobody is completing the payment process. I have about 18 incomplete checkouts, if these were all sales I would definitely be getting my value out of my ads. But nobody seems to get through the checkout process.

This is my product page: https://tmaccessori.es/collections/jewelery/products/luna-and-crystal-pendant

Anyone had the same thing or knows what to do about this stuck point?

Thanks.

Hello,

I have few suggestions on your website. Under product page left side you have leave free space i mean check this image https://snag.gy/GY0ISN.jpg. I suggest you can fill that space by images or description...etc.
How visitors find who you are? I suggest you can add about us page under footer or header section. And you can add Contact page also.
How visitors are trust on you? There is no policy page and above pages too, Then how they willing to purchase your product?
You can provide your Instagram page link on your store too.

Thanks,
Appfreaker.

Get rid of the green text. Hurts the eyes and trust in your store.
Remove the fake countdown timers and fake sales counters.
Remove the buy with PayPal button on your product page and make your add to cart button a color that stands out (not white or black)
When a customer clicks add to cart it should open the cart up... not make them click again to go to the cart.
I would recommend hiring someone to give you more specific tips on what needs fixed to optimize your site. There is a person on fiverr that will do it for you. https://www.fiverr.com/s2/063bc659af?utm_source=CopyLink_Mobile

The fake counters and stuff add scarcity and social proof. I have heard from many people that they boost sales a lot. Curious as to why you think otherwise.

I really appreciate the advice, thank you.

Because people know they are fake and they are on every crappy dropshipping store as everyone follows the same gurus advice. I tested it with real traffic and real dollars and the fake countdowns and other “scarcity” tactics dropped my conversion rates in half. People don’t trust them and if they think you are lying with your scarcity’s and sales pop apps they won’t trust you with their credit info.

What type of demographic were you targeting? I feel like certain people would be more aware of that type of thing than others

My buyers are all US and Canada and mainly 40+.

Feel free to do what you like but spammy countdown timers and fake popups hurt your store not help it.

What you're saying makes a lot of sense and I want to believe it but I have seen so many people show proof that apps like hurrify has worked wonders for conversions

Yep tons of “gurus” say to use them. Also most of those gurus fake their screenshots and have no idea what they are talking about.
