I have used facebook ads then .my store has lots of traffic but peoples are comming but no sales. I have attached my store link. Please check and give me solution .please ....!

Keep the below-listed points in mind for optimizing your store:

  • "Header menu" elements are haphazardly arranged.
  • The correct order of arrangement should be: Home, Ring collection, Policy, About Us, and Contact us.
  • "policy" should have "P" capital in the header menu.

I have been through your website it looks pretty clean and well maintained which is great!
I would like to share a couple of tips which will will help you out

1. Usage of  sliders for product tours will keep the audience engaged and will consolidate images. It will draw attention away from text.
2. Add a section of frequently brought/suggested items this will increase the product value and it will be reviewed as well.

3. Engaging  audience by writing blogs with better titles and promoting them on various social media platforms will be helpful.
4. Ask your customers to rate your products as this will help build trust and loyalty for the brand. Branded video content is likely to takeover consumers are 300% most likely to watch a video about a product rather than read a description.
5. Adding visually attractive stickers like number to products left, upcoming sales, In trend will grab the attention and excite the customers.
6. Lastly more traffic less sales might be due to several reasons one of them would be that you might receive wrong traffic this can be avoided by having identified customers, it is best to plan out a customer journey map. This will help you to visualise the process and allow you to understand every experience the customer will have with your brand – Pre-purchase, during the purchase and post-purchase.

Congratulations on your store. I must say it was a delight to stumble upon your store. I know tons and tons of people who are suffering from back problems because of sitting in front of the computers or phones all day. I will definitely recommend them to come to your store if they need neck massagers. 

 

You're definitely headed in the right direction design wise, and with a few tweaks and turns I think you'll be able to reach your desired destination in no time. 

 

But first, I'd like to tell you what you're doing right in your website. 

 

  • I LOVE that you have a live chat, I always recommend everyone that they must have a live chat on their store and theres no way around it. If a visitor has question, they should be answered when they're on the website. It's very important. So this is AMAZING.
  • It's really great that you're giving an explanation of your product on your homepage. 
  • And lastly, i'm super impressed with the fact that you're showing customer reviews on your website as well. It builds brand trust. So kudos!

 

Now, I'll tell you a few recommendations that I have for your website. I hope my insights will be of help to you. 

 

1. Remove the contact us links and policy links from the main navigation and add it to your footer. 

 

2. Invite customers to be part of your community. You can set up a blog and keep publishing fresh content out once in two weeks and this will allow you to drive traffic, help in starting conversations and build credibility. 

 

3. Free shipping is the biggest enticement for shopping online. And I see that free shipping isn't an option right now. So either you can provide free shipping as Standard (normal delivery), and shipping charges applied for Expedited (faster delivery)| or you could provide free shipping for orders above a certain value. Either of these, it will help you get more sales/increase conversions. I would like to recommend you one of the best apps for the same purpose -

4. Length of pages - Your homepage and product single page is long and would also be needing a scroll to top button so that the viewers can easily go up to the top of your page with just one click. Providing you with a link of an app that does this best. Scroll to top

 

5. Lastly, as per my opinion, you need to create a some urgency and social proof on your store. And I sincerely think you need to add a top announcement on your store which shows urgency and you can display your announcements like "free shipping",etc. on them. I highly recommend Superbar

 

Social proof will help your visitors see who all has bought your products and that increases the trust of the viewer on your product. You can use the same app (Superbar) it provides you tools like a countdown timer, geolocation, etc. I’ll be adding links of a few apps that you could use for social proof as well below. 

 

For example, I'm sure you've seen how amazon creates urgencies in sales by showing the number of products left, upcoming sales, or drive sales by showing how quickly they have to order an item to get quick delivery, right down to the minute. 

 

If you want to sell more, boosting the sense of urgency in your marketing is the way to go. Making people feel as if they’re about to miss out on or lose a great opportunity is a powerful way to drive conversions.

 

One parting tip: like many other techniques, the urgency is best used in moderation. Don’t try to put pressure on your potential customers all the time, or they’ll stop taking your offers seriously.
