Hello dear community. 

Finally I has a courage to remove password from my store, although I feel it is still very "raw"... Please feel free to share your feedback, but please don't be too hard on me, I' am still learning

Hi @MariaSA

Have seen your site and I have some suggestions for you:

- On your menu, the "Slow down" section is not suitable, you should change to "Home". Add more navigation parts like FAQs, Policy, About Us, etc.

- On your first banner, you should have an image with better content. Also, you need better messages on all banners. 

- Your texts on some sections like "Most Loved" and "Collections" are quite small, You need to make it bigger. 

- Add Quickview or Quickshop buttons to allow your customers to see more product details faster. 

- The collections section can ban considered to move above the "most loved" section. 

- Have seen your Instagram account and it has so much good content, so if you want to show that on your site, you can create an Instagram gallery. 

Check this app if you want to have one: Shoppable Instagram Gallery 

- On your product pages, you should add:

+ Sticky Add to Cart bar

+ The title for the description 

+ More Upsell and Cross-sell methods 

- In the future, if you want to provide your customers with PDF invoices, the app Drag and Drop PDF invoice will help you create many unique templates.

1.Home Page

Firstly, your menu bar could be more diversified to optimize your product page. You have some essential tabs:  Shop.  I would suggest you add some more tabs such as: Contact us, featured collections, FAQs, or even product categories. That will make your customers to get to know you better. Therefore, their buying journey is much more enjoyable.

Add Sticky Header

I would suggest you use ONE sticky header. A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. 

Banner:

Banner is the first impression of your store. Your banner should be full width to align with others sections of your home pages.

CTA Button

It’s such a loss if you don’t have a “Shop now” button on your banner. It urges visitors to make the purchase and a great way to optimize your home page. Please replace the content by “SHOP NOW” And made the content as a header to properly guide your customer.

Featured products

There are too many featured products on home page and they seem not to be aligned. A buy button should be add on every single product.

Chat box and Testimonials

can be added to your homepage as well. Customers will feel more engaged in your store.

Invest in bespoke imagery 

More product images should be add (3-5 images from different angle per product). Don’t just show what a product looks like but how it works in real life. Your products are lovely and unique so lifestyle shots will be game changer in conversion rate optimization 

Use accordion for product variants is a good idea to make your product page more organized.

Return Policy

Customers get hesitated to shop online because they are not able to fully see, hold, or test a product before buying it. Return and exchange policy should be findable on product page.

The actual return policy, in particular the duration and the payment of return shipping, is highly impactful to site conversions. However, you should take extra care to make your policy easy-to-read and clear for customers.

Breadcrumbs

They are too small and I think it’s unnecessary.

Product description

The information provided through product descriptions is an essential element for most users in the process of finding a suitable product. It should be eye-catching and attractive. Otherwise, it will make customer tired and skip the details. Consequently, that might cause troubles for your business.

Use block text and bullet point

- Add categories in the header menu to make your store easy to navigate.

- Add reviews on the homepage & product page. It helps in building trust with other visitors.

Give rewards to your customers. By offering rewards for completing actions like making a purchase or following you on social media, you show your customers that you care about how they engage with you and want to thank them for it. This encourages them to do it again in the future, transforming them into valuable repeat customers.

- Make sure you are using email marketing automation to reach your customers.

- Add a chatbot to never lose any of your customers.

- Add a discount popup.

Add clear CTAs - help to show what to do next. Hero banner on your homepage is a key to make a connection with every visitor. You should clearly communicate what your website is about.

Add a blog page, blog page helps you to share more about your website and products which increases your site visibility.Your e-commerce blog will not only drive more traffic to your website—but it will increase your conversions too. Your blog will make you feel more credible and relatable, which will provide new clients with a greater sense of confidence in their purchases.

If your website is credible, you’ll be able to generate more site traffic. One of the best ways to gain credibility is to leverage your relationships with influencers. You can approach this tactic in many different ways. If you have the means, you can use celebrities to promote your brand.That’s because these people are already known and trusted. Working with a celebrity shows your brand is legitimate. The problem is it’s obvious to consumers these celebrities are getting paid to pitch your products or services. As an alternative solution, you can use micro-influencers. One of the top reasons why I’m an advocate for using micro-influencers is because they have high engagement rates with their followers.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. Congrats on taking that big step of removing your password and opening your store!

I like that you've chosen a niche and a group of related products however, I would recommend curating your products further. You essentially want your products to work like a string of upsells: a person who is interested in a bamboo toothbrush would also be interested in > toothpaste > likely the cotton buds you have as well. 

My last recommendation is to spend some time on your SEO. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to be intentional about the words you use so that you are reaching your intended audience. We see it a lot, store owners get plenty of traffic but no sales and they are left discouraged and frustrated. Definitely don't want that for you so please do watch this video:
