I'm getting plenty of traffic, but none of my products are converting? What am I not doing or what am I doing wrong?

Hi @lightyourroom

Your website is missing a few key things you need to convert. Here is few areas you need to improve.

  • Home Page (flow)
  • Product Page
  • Site Navigation
  • About Page
  • Blog
  • Policy (shipping)

I'll also send you more detailed review going over these things.

I love the logo keep up the good work.

Cheers

Hello,

I just had look into your website. It's looking good.
You can use open new tab on the links on the footer section and items on grid page, then customers are spent more time on your store.
I suggest you can add your store blog. Blog gives you the chance to make important substance for your clients. Utilize this as a promoting strategy to manage movement back to your site.
Blog make better Your Website's SEO , Increase Traffic to Your Website through inbound links.
You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.
You can add review count under product title.
You have the last post at Facebook is 12th AUG, I suggest you can regularly promote your products through social media pages like Facebook.

Thanks,
Appfreaker.

Hi @lightyourroom

Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

I noticed that you don't have reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

Did you think about adding a FAQ section. Customers often times will want a lot of information before they make a decision to purchase. Adding an FAQ section with information about things like shipping rates, returns, and anything else relevant can help your customer more easily make a decision to purchase

After browsing your store I noticed I wasn't able to find a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

I wasn't able to find a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you

Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!

P.S. I created an email course at https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course, after reviewing a bunch of stores I noticed that there are a few tips that might help, and I created an email list to help with it.
