Im no expert, but I would likely fit your target audience. I like the colors/ brand. However, the first thing that threw me off was the dark images. Product images are everything, and in this case the lighting + dark brick wall really makes me look at everything BUT the product. Do you have these items in person? It seems you do. I would, if I were you, just seek out models for the images in an outside setting that supports your brand (i.e in front of some graffiti, or posing in the middle of the street) . Even if it's just one model. No flash / be careful with your yellow lighting. If that's not possible to do, at the very least use an app like Bazaart, which makes it easy to crop the background out and replace it with a white/ light background. this will allow someone to focus more on your clothing and less on the poor images. You can also work in layers, so you can brighten the product itself and get a clearer image. I use it on my IPad.
For example, https://eightyoneighteen.com/collections/dresses/products/leopard-eighty the vignette effect does nothing for me. As a potential customer, it would make me think its a bit tacky.
Also, I see sizes to order but no size chart.

I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design. Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided.
90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand for it? Does that mean the product is bad?
Instead of giving a discount for nothing, give them rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.
Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back.
