Thank you! Here we go:

  • The first feeling I get from your website is that it's quite overwhelming. It seems like you're going with a "general -- I sell everything" approach which can be extremely tricky and harder to market than a niche approach. Don't forget that there can be variety in a niche as long as there is a cohesive theme holding everything together. I'm not familiar with the consumer trends in India, so perhaps this approach works very well, but there is still much that can be done to clean up your look.
  • For your homepage, I would focus on only featuring your sales or a few of your collections. A lot of your products are listed on the homepage and it can be overwhelming for someone who just wants to "get to the point." Additionally, many of your images are blurry which is a problem I found throughout your website. I also don't believe the Twitter feed is necessary. You can squeeze a lot of the information into four or five slides, but those are also not formatted correctly as one of the images is cut off.
  • Your privacy policy hasn't been finished and your refund policy is very generic (cars are non-refundable but there are no cars listed for sale, for example).
  • Looking through your product categories, there is an obscene amount of inventory. 1,920 pages for phone cases (with many phones I think 90% of the population hasn't even heard of, but, again, it could be different in India) is... a lot. It's quite easy to narrow down your product selections, however. Google the most popular phones in India and sell only those. If you have a niche behind this, even better!
  • A word of caution -- selling apparel is notoriously competitive. It's best to be completely dedicated to it.
  • The filters for narrowing down the product selection are also not very useful. "Peacock" is listed as a color and so is "Parrot Green." I think most people would appreciate simpler color filters, like orange, green, blue, pink, red, etc.
  • I am not a big fan of the sale countdown timers, but that is merely a suggestion from me.
  • The product description and much of the wording and phrasing on the website might benefit from an edit. A lot of the sentences are run-on sentences and the capitalization and grammar is inconsistent.
  • I would make the "Secured and trusted checkout with" and "Why trust us" buttons smaller. They lengthen the page unnecessarily.
  • "Write a Review" and "Ask a Question" buttons are not spaced properly.
