Please provide feedback on my store. Give me some suggestions to gain more visitors and to make sales. The store was launched in June and currently have no sales. My web address is

I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

  • Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner.

  • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.
  • Index all your products at Google
  • Do some On page SEO

The site looks really well done!

I'd add some lifestyle shots, and more customer testimonials to the home page.

I'd also feature care on the home page as well, it shows that you have quality products that will last.

Finally I'd offer more proactive support. Need help choosing the right size? Contact our team of personal shoppers to help you get the right fit. Then you can use a tool like Gorgias like Beardbrand does to text with their customers. They ask for a selfie then help them choose the right products.

I can't open the URL link you provided however if you are trying to engage potential customers, drive traffic and boost sales you should consider on doing a retargeting campaign. 

Retargeting campaigns are used to remind customers of the products they showed interest in after they leave the website with various kinds of creative ads. You can start by installing the Ako Retargeting app on the Shopify app store. Ako Retargeting is a cost-efficient tool that could help your business increase awareness and conversion. The app helps you get your potential customers back to your website by delivering the most relevant product information to them at the right time, right impression and right cost.   1. Add a blog page that helps you share more about your products and increase your site visibility
  2. Add SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description to be higher rank on Google Search
  3. Include the feature of multi-language and multi currency to better serve worldwide customers
  4. Add more shipping and payment information including email, address, shipping fee (high/low/free), etc. and diversify them
  5. Diversify Thank you note, send email/make a call to nofify and give them thanks
  6. Install a push notification app that helps you recover abandoned carts and improve conversion rate on your store. A good push notification app helps you send customized messages with attractive discounts to people who viewed your items or add items to cart but not make purchases, then they will be motivated to come back to buy your products. You will soon get massive sales. A good app is Ecomfit (For more about push notification app, you may visit here and follow these steps ).

Anyway, you have done a good job with your store. Try to increase conversion rate with my suggestions!

Welcome to the Shopify family, and congratulations on your store.

Your store looks pretty great on the first look, good job. I have a few observations to add:

  1. There are too many products on your home page. If you overwhelm the user with too much alien info/ too many choices, they will most likely drop out. Show a few featured products on the homepage, maybe your bestsellers and your new arrivals. Show everything else on the products page. There is a right and a wrong way to use visual cues in your store, I have written a blog about the same. Linking it here in case you need it.
  2. Add some information about shipping on a separate page. Shipping pages are some of the most read pages on a website. How much time, shipping charges, etc. all of these details should be provided to the users.
  3. About us - You’ve given a nice explanation of your ideals. I would say add a human factor to it. Add pictures as well, it gives a more human touch.
  4. Product images. On most of your products, you only have an image from only 1 angle.  I’d suggest adding more images. This is the only interaction users will have it, they can’t touch it and see, so be sure to add as many details as possible. A bad product listing is the #1 users don’t convert. Maybe you can add more details to your product listing. For example what kind of clothing can this item be paired with, how it is to touch and feel. 
  5. Your page performance is not doing well, especially on mobile devices.  This might turn of most your users who will be browsing from mobile. You should really take a look at the issues:
