Congratulations on launching your store! I've taken a look through and I have some feedback for you.
For your homepage banner, I would recommend that you not have the text built into your graphic. When you use the text boxes provided by the theme, it allows the text to stretch or shrink depending on the screen size being used (desktop, mobile, ipad, etc.). The other thing that you end up missing out on when you put text into your graphic is that the text can't be picked up for SEO purposes. That main banner area is prime real estate for selling. One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? What words or phrases do they use that you can as well to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:
Your logo is one of those things that holds a lot of weight in how professional or unprofessional your store looks. I would highly recommend having a professional logo done up for your store, it’s a worthy investment.
Once your logo is finished, you can match the fonts and colors in your store to your logo. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.
One very important piece of selling is getting the right kind of traffic to your store, your target audience ((high traffic is not a good thing if it is the wrong kind of traffic). Good SEO will help you reach your intended audience organically. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to make sure you include the same words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google. I would highly recommend that you encourage your customers to leave a review on the products they purchase. Positive reviews are very valuable, they add a lot of trust to your store. We did a video showing a free review app you can use and how to set it up:
I noticed you don’t have any social media links listed. Having an active social media presence adds trust to your brand. If there’s nothing about your brand online, it’s a red flag to your visitors. Potential customers are going to research before purchasing and one of the first places they are going to check is social media. Highly recommend getting on social media and adding those links to your Shopify store.
Once you have your social pages setup I’d recommend utilizing Shopify’s sales channels for your social media pages. This is going to allow you to tag products that you post on your social media and then have that tag lead to your store. Here is how to implement it for Facebook and Instagram.
For you, I’d recommend creating videos to market your products. You sell higher ticket items so gaining trust with your customers is huge and a great way to do that is to show the product. You can do short 30 second to 1 minute videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook. You can also do longer videos and post them on YouTube or Facebook (I recommend doing both longer and short videos). As for the platforms, right now I personally suggest TikTok & YouTube. You are going to grow way faster on TikTok right now than you could on IG Reels or Facebook. As for content ideas, you could do reviews of the products, or you could share recipes using your products, share cleaning tips for the grills, etc.
I can see the potential here, I think a lot of people would love to see this type of content. It’s going to be a double fold success for you because not only can you earn on the platforms themselves (ie. with YouTube you can get AdSense, add affiliate links and do brand deals) but also you are driving traffic to your store and selling there as well. A good example of this in action is the Detail Geek. He has a service based vehicle detailing business and creates YouTube videos of himself detailing vehicles. He will mention products he is using and drive traffic to his online store AND he also earns AdSense money by allowing YouTube to place ads in his videos.

I had a look at your website, it looks great. There are few areas still needs improvement to get traffic to your store.

- Like you have added this section, add a section for all collections on the homepage.
- Currently, the homepage looks cluttered. Make it look organized. Work on the layout of the homepage. The collection page looks great.
- Instead of this you can add a 1-year warranty badge on the product page.
- Create a drop-down for the descriptions and other info to make the product page look more clear and sorted. Refer to the below image.
- Use personalization strategies, (product recommendation, live chat greetings, etc.) Personalizing experiences around your customers have a direct and powerful effect on your store’s retention rates.
- Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor an exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.
- Also, add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. You can retarget customers & send notifications of new updates and offers. It can be sent even when customers are not in your store and bring back the lost customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.
