I could use some honest feedback here. I paid a Fiverr pro team to help me with my site, but haven't seen a return in this investment. Please leave me your honest opinion and advice. I really want this store to workout!

Hope you are doing well! Your shop looks very neat and organized. Good job done there. The theme matches your products very well. 

Here are some feedbacks you could consider adding: 

a) Banner:

Your Shop Now button is an excellent idea to have your customers find what they are looking for, easily. Consider placing your CTA button in the centre, so that customers can easily find it. It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page. 

b) Sticky Headers: 

The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.

c) Chatbot:

You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.

d) Newsletter

A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup, so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter. 

e) Testimonials

Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

f) Product Images

because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch. Especially for this kind of product, it is a good idea to have multiple images of the product, from multiple angles, so that the customer can have a feel of what they are buying. Hello @EchoFourSierra, the layout looks good but some improvements that you need to do:

- Light theme will look better. Instead of the dark theme, you should go for the light theme.

- On the product page, the product descriptions should come after the buy it now button on the right side.

- On the collection page, all images must be of the same size.

- On the homepage, change the banner image. Add an attractive banner image with a call to action button on it. After the banner image display the collection you have in your store like 'Shop Women', 'Shop Men'.

Add marketing tools in your store to maximize engagement and engage customers coming to your store:

  • Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
  • Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.
  • You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.
  • Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not in your store and bring back the lost customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.
