Welcome to Shopify community!
You're store and product looks really appealing and I congratulate you for the great amount of traffic that you have drove! Customer often click into your page, browse and put product they are interested in the cart but often they end up not buying. There are many influencing factors that might lead to this problem such as they want to do a product research before, lacking of engagement and many more. Hence many different marketing tools such as product review, sense of urgency, etc are used to persuade customers to purchase.
Coming right to the problem, you managed to drive an amount of traffic but little sales, what you should definitely do next is set up retargeting campaigns. Retargeting campaigns allow you to re-engage and remind customer of your brand after leaving your website and offer product and product informations they viewed with different kinds of attractive ad creatives. In other words, the goal for a retargeting campaign is awareness and conversion. You can start by installing the Ako Retargeting app on the Shopify app store. Ako Retargeting is a cost-efficient tool that could help your business increase awareness and conversion. The app helps you get your potential customers back to your website by delivering the most relevant product information to them at the right time, right impression and right cost. Take a look at how you can set up a 14 days campaign in less than 15 minutes here: https://medium.com/@akohubteam/how-to-create-a-sequential-retargeting-campaign-591861d257b5.
I hope this helps and feel free to let me know if you have questions regarding it

Have seen your store and here's my view about your store:
- Is this banner is too big? Narrow it down if you can. I think your customers don't want to scroll too much to see all content.
- you need to add "add to cart" buttons under those products, it will increase your sales.
- Too big again I suppose. The text is too small and the picture is too big.
- The TikTok section is great. Keep it up!
- Add the size chart on product pages to help your customers feel easier to choose your size. And also add more product details.
- I think the loading page time of your store is quite slow. Maybe the reason is the photo file sizes are too big.
I believe the easiest way to show products as many as possible is a shoppable gallery. You can try to check an app called Shoppable Instagram Gallery. I'm using it and it's very affordable.
Hope my view is useful for you.
Hi @ClozetEssential !
Welcome to Shopify and I wish you good luck!
Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa.
The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand for it? Does that mean the product is bad?
Instead of giving a discount for nothing, give them rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.
Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back. [I recommend using one by Growave., because it is safe and it is integrated with 6 other marketing features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards, Social Login, Instagram, Discounts, Referral, VIP tiers) for better performance.
Hopefully, I managed to help you. If so, please let me know by liking this post.
Hey there @ClozetEssential ! Pretty neat store you've come up! Here's what I'd like to suggest -
1. In your header menu, there's Size cart, Refunds, and Shipping policy - which you can shift down to the footer menu! (and if you also run a blog, you can place it in the header menu).
2. Great product page, but maybe you can reduce the size of the images? Also, your product description is quite short - include points like the material it's made up of, washing instructions, and likewise things! Product descriptions should be SEO friendly! Also, you need to welcome customer reviews and feedback! l
3. As of now, when I move my cursor to your images, nothing much happens! Why don't you add effects like, the image should burst open, or it should smoothly zoom in!
4. Guess you've forgotten to add a favicon to your online store!
Rest, things look pretty decent. How are you getting traffic? By running ads? If this is the case, then you should stop running your ads for the time being and focus more on social media marketing. I hope you're reaching out to people who have abandoned their carts on your store?!

I won't suggest much on your store layout as you are already getting around 2k visitors. The core issue is the conversion of those visitors into paying customers. I would highly recommend you to integrate a social proof app in the store so that any potential visitor arrives he gets the notification that XYZ has recently purchased from your store. This activity will establish credibility to your store and there are chances of conversion. For that, you can use a free of social proof
Also, focus on doing email marketing efforts for your cart abandoners. The problem may lie in your Cart abandonment rate. This way at least you can directly ask your customers about their demands and you can then customize your efforts. I feel that you should look for some cost-effective solutions and CareCart can give you a sales boost.
My recommendation would be to solve the core issue of sales first before improving the store's layout. However, you can do some tweaks to your store for better presentation. In my experience, Users care about the value and customization attracts them.
