Hey, @Dantheman1897
Thanks for reaching out today. I totally understand the difficulty and pressure that you can undergo when trying to get those first few sales to roll into your store.
It sounds like you got 127 ad clicks, 12 add to carts, and 5 checkout initiations for $100? Typically speaking, an average conversion rate is ~2%. This means that for every 100 visitors you get, maybe 2 will end up purchasing. So while it may be discouraging that after 100 visitors you didn't land a sale, it's a very small sample size of data to go off of. I would recommend looking into our Facebook Ads for beginner's guide to get some inspiration and tips on how to optimize for Facebook.
With that said, Facebook, and Instagram are very popular, but also very saturated and competitive. It may be worthwhile to look into other advertising avenues that may give your products better exposure. For example, you could advertise on Reddit within their pet-related subreddits.
Lastly, we actually have a guide that covers Several Ways to Make your first sale in 30 days that I would recommend executing.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Although I would suggest that 127 people is a very small sample size, I would suggest the following:
Hey @Dantheman1897 ,
Make your website interactive and maximize engagement on your website. You can engage your visitors by adding web push notifications which will help you in retargeting your customers. They are clickable rich content messages sent to your device by a website or a web app. It can be delivered to your device, mobile or desktop, even when the user is not on your website. It can be used in retargeting with push notifications include browse abandonment, retargeting users abandoning the shopping cart, activating dormant users with offers, retaining users with personalized content and more.
Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
If your store is able to engage the traffic coming on your website then it will help you to reduce Customer Churn Rate i.e percentage of customers who stop purchasing from your brand. It will reduce the bounce rate and will boost your sales.
If you would like to implement all these on your store I would suggest you to install AiTrillion.com. It has all the features in a single app and is a fully integrated app. It is all in one Shopify app. Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.
Hey The Pawcraft,
The correct order of rearrangement of the elements of the main menu is as follows: Home, Catalog, Hot deals today, New Arrival, FAQ, Contact Us. Some other suggestions of mine for a better store look are as follows:
