Hello Shopify Community! It's me again, after heavy revision on my shop I still have yet to get a sale. I would like for you to review my drop shipping store and give me any feedback possible. I'm running ads on Facebook, Instagram and have a very small following (32 Followers). I'm determined to make this business profitable and I would appreciate any help :) Thank you.
My store is clarabeautybrand.com
Karlie here from the Shopify Guru Team! I've gone ahead and taken a look through your online storefront. There are a few aesthetic aspects that I think could be preventing your website from being the best it can be and from really having a more professional look.
The first aspect I would like to discuss is imagery. I really like your slideshow images on your homepage, but the images are fairly blurry and they aren't consistent with the rest of your website. I would recommend having higher resolution images for your slideshow.
Since you are dropshipping, you have to be mindful about setting your store apart from the other retailers selling the same products. The biggest way to set yourself apart from the other retailers is to take your own product images. Your product titles and product descriptions look great and they really work for what you're selling, but the stock images show that the products are being dropshipped. I would recommend looking into taking your own product photography.

Another suggestion would be to really take some time and work on your homepage. You're off to a great start, but your graphics, layout and colour scheme could use a little attention to make sure that there is a consistency throughout your website. To help guide you in the right path, be sure to check out our blog articles; Customizing Your Shopify Theme: How to Use Images, Colors, and Fonts, Homepage Design 101: What to Include on the Front Page of Your Website and Is It Possible To DIY My Ecommerce Store Design As A Beginner?
To strengthen your brand and build trust with your customers you could work on personalizing your 'About Us' page more. I find the page content to be a little bit short, it could use some personality and some images about the store owner. Our article, The Untapped Potential of About Us Pages (And How to Write Your Own) can be really beneficial when adjusting your 'About Us' page. I would recommend taking a read through it when working on your website.
I hope this has answered your question. If not, or if you have any further questions please let me know. I will be happy to help!
I would love to see an Account login/sign-in system, as it is a must for an ecommerce. Login needs to be placed beside the cart and search bar for a more logical site look. Apart from that, some other major areas to work on are as follows:
May store improvement result in a lot of sales this time.
Hey @jseelye ,
Add a call to action button in above the fold. Make your store engaging and interactive. You need to engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers.
Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.
If you would like to implement all these I would suggest you to install AiTrillion.com It has all the features in a single app and is a fully integrated app. It is all in one Shopify app. Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.
