I launched my online boutique on February 5, 2020. I am interested in receiving store feedback regarding the following: initial impression, ease of user access/navigation and sales funnel. I have been getting visitors from facebook and instagram ads/pay per clicks, but sales not so much. Any suggestions will be helpful and considered.

There were a few things that came to mind when reviewing your site. Firstly, the images you use, in particular the main image on the home page needs to of a higher quality. The other thing I would question is does it have to be as big that you need to scroll down to see in full?
You have a number of categories of products on the top banner but a few categories are empty of products (i.e. tops, outerwear, accessories). I would suggest you remove these categories for now as it just looks as though you have very little to sell. You may have a limited product range right now and that's alright but just focus on that.
I really like your 'about' page as it humanises it all and makes it real. That's a touching story and one that I'm sure will resonate. There is however, a typo in the last sentence:

Beyond this, you will require a customer reviews strategy to ensure that customers feel comfortable to buy from you. The search bar should be placed on the top right of the header instead of the top left. The Account and Cart button should be shifted downwards in the white space beside the search bar on the top right of the header instead of being placed over the header template. 1. You need to make your store more attractive. Home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this.
-Slideshow Image. The slideshow images on the homepage is too large and not attractive to grab visitor's attention.
-Popular Products ( 4-8 Max ) I would only use 4
-Newsletter sign up box
2. The quick links section seems to be empty in the footer.
3. You might be getting traffic but the reason it's not converting is your store is lacking engagement features. You can engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term.
4. Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.
