Online Women's Wear Boutique Feedback Needed

I launched my online boutique on February 5, 2020. I am interested in receiving store feedback regarding the following: initial impression, ease of user access/navigation and sales funnel. I have been getting visitors from facebook and instagram ads/pay per clicks, but sales not so much. Any suggestions will be helpful and considered.

The link to my website is below:

Thank you for your help in advance!

Hey @saintbella (Kelsey)

There were a few things that came to mind when reviewing your site. Firstly, the images you use, in particular the main image on the home page needs to of a higher quality. The other thing I would question is does it have to be as big that you need to scroll down to see in full?

You have a number of categories of products on the top banner but a few categories are empty of products (i.e. tops, outerwear, accessories). I would suggest you remove these categories for now as it just looks as though you have very little to sell. You may have a limited product range right now and that's alright but just focus on that.

I really like your 'about' page as it humanises it all and makes it real. That's a touching story and one that I'm sure will resonate. There is however, a typo in the last sentence:

'We hope that this passion is felt each time you put the fabrics of a Saint Bella garment on your beautiful skin. Most importantly, thank you for helping to keep are our fire burning.'

Beyond this, you will require a customer reviews strategy to ensure that customers feel comfortable to buy from you. A simple plug in will not suffice as you still need to encourage people to leave reviews, and you still need to respond to reviews, and you still need to determine what your reviews are telling you. At Syntellio, we're passionate about getting this right for our clients. Do get in touch and we can help put you on the right path as far as this is concerned.

I hope this helps.

I observed few points, I hope those are helpful for your website.
-> You can use banner images are in high quality. Here are sure things that each pennant ought to incorporate, essentially on the grounds that it is generally the main thing seen by a visitor and regularly speaks to how the business or association is seen. A name is a conspicuous thing that ought to show up on any banner.
-> You have only 4 products? Increase your Niche, Then only visitors are spend more time on your website.
-> I am unable to find refund policies on your website. Having a well-thought-out return policy clearly displayed in your store is key to attracting and keeping your customers. Simply You should give confidence to your customers, You can add it.
-> After removing the item in cart you can add a function like "continue shopping", Check below image

And you can increase your products by using of Appfreaker Supply, Appfreaker Supply is used for to import the products from Appfreaker to your store.
What's more, you can discover "Appfreaker Supply" on application, Appfreaker Supply is supplies your required expected items to you with your own marking and labels.

Hey Saint Bella,

The search bar should be placed on the top right of the header instead of the top left. The Account and Cart button should be shifted downwards in the white space beside the search bar on the top right of the header instead of being placed over the header template. Other major areas to be worked on are as follows:

  1. Search button need not be a part of the main menu as it is already placed on the header top. Add it to the footer instead to be more logical.
  2. Home button should be added to the beginning of the main menu instead of the search button for ease of navigation to the homepage.
  3. The logo should be remodified with different font styles and a tint of graphics as well.
  4. "Contact Us" should include a contact form as well.
  5. "Contact us" should be a part of the "Quick Links" section in the footer as well.
  6. Bestsellers are a must in the homepage middle for depicting site peculiarity.
  7. Individual product discounts boost your sales and conversion rate and hence, must be given and a seperate "Sale" section should be created for all of them.
  8. You should add Terms and Conditions like Privacy policy, Terms of Service etc again these also help in building search engine content.
  9. They should be a part of the "Quick Links" section of the footer.
  10. Reviews should be added below each product for enhancing customer choice.
  11. Testimonials and Instagram images are compulsary for better brand awareness and promotion.
  12. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  13. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.
Check out the features live here.
You can use Sparq free trial for as many products in your store. After the trial period, you can enjoy with Sparqs Free Starter Plan for upto 1000* products.

Hope the store optimization results in an improvement in the sales rate very soon.

Neha :)

Hey @saintbella , here is the feedback.

1. You need to make your store more attractive. Home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this.

-Slideshow Image. The slideshow images on the homepage is too large and not attractive to grab visitor's attention.

-Collection List

-Popular Products ( 4-8 Max ) I would only use 4

-Newsletter sign up box

2. The quick links section seems to be empty in the footer.

3. You might be getting traffic but the reason it's not converting is your store is lacking engagement features. You can engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term.

4. Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.

If you would like to implement all these on your store I would suggest you to install It has all the features in a single app and is a fully integrated app. It is all in one Shopify app. Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.
