Order from Shopify

Hi,

 

I've receive my first order on my store, but when I want to fullfill it in Oberlo, my order list is empty and all my product have disapeared from "My products" without doing nothing for that (and yes, my shop is still connected to Oberlo), what happened ?

I'm not sure what happened but have you tried reaching out to there support ? They should be able to fix that for you or point you in right direction.

That's OK, I finally found a solution to my problem. Everything is ok.  

 

By the way, can you tell what is the e-mail adress of the support ?  I was looking for, but only found the community forum right ther ;).
