Order has not arrived at home

To test out my store with Inventory Source, Shopify and Zander's as the supplier I made a personal purchase to see if all worked well. 19 days later my item has still not arrived at my home. No way of knowing if my Supplier even received the order to fulfill. What app exactly notifies the supplier of an order to fulfill? I have already discussed the situation with Inventoy Source showing up on Shopify as an Unsupported App. Is this the culprit? Is the Shopify App with Inventory Source not contacting the supplier that an order has been place and needs to be fulfilled? Both Inventory Source and Shopify are great company's and perfect feedback. I couldn't ask for better support from both. I am mystified at this point. Thank you for listening.
