Sine I started my store customers have been getting an error message that Amazon is not. Customers would choose amazon pay but unable to submit payment. People would try to pay via PayPal but receive error messages. I know I enabled the payment section and properly linked each payment account. However I’m unable to receive payments and it’s turning customers off. Can you help with this issue. I purchased something from myself and was unable to fulfill it through oberlo..the button that’s supposed to be there in the help section is not there.

Try to disable and enable again your all payment methods. Also check all the information of payment methods given properly.
