Picked up notification is not sending to the users

Hi,

when I marked the order as picked up users are not getting email notification for that. can anyone help me please?

Hi,

May be you didn't setup properly email notification for pickup order, check this URL It has step to setup the pickup option

Hi thanks for your response. I have checked those things and set up everything correctly. users are receiving email for Order confirmation
and Order ready for pickup, but only Picked up email is missing.
