I am doing everything correctly and I can't connect the domain to my store. Green line at the top of the screen just gets stuck at the end and freezes up. What is going on? I need help !!!!!!

Could you please confirm for me if you are attempting to connect a third party domain? Or is it one that you purchased from Shopify?

 

Next, please try to connect it using the following steps. By working through each of these, we’ll be able to identify if it is a local issue which is the first step towards identifying the issue:

 

  • Clear the cache on your browser and try connecting it again
  • Try to connect again using another supported browser
  • Attempt the connection on another device (phone, computer or tablet)
  • Try another internet connection (wifi or data)

 

Please let me know how it goes, and whether any of the above troubleshooting steps resolve the connection. I’m here to help!

No, same thing. Nothing changed. This is beyond frustrating. Should I migrate the domain to Shopify ? 

I am about to give up on the whole ting guys.
